Pemandu akan mengambil dan menghantar barang sambil mematuhi laluan dan jadual waktu yang ditetapkan. Untuk berjaya sebagai pemandu penghantar barang, anda harus bersikap sopan dengan komitmen untuk menyediakan pelanggan kami pengalaman yang terbaik. Anda harus teliti dalam memastikan pesanan dipenuhi dengan betul, komited terhadap keselamatan kerja, dan bersemangat untuk memuaskan hati pelanggan.

Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan

• Memuatkan, mengangkut dan menghantar barang kepada pelanggan atau syarikat dengan cara yang selamat dan tepat pada masanya.
• Menyemak pesanan sebelum dan selepas penghantaran untuk memastikan pesanan lengkap, dan pelanggan berpuas hati.
• Membantu menaikkan barang dan mengatur barang dalam kenderaan.
• Menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang, menjawab soalan mudah dari pelanggan.
• Mematuhi jalan yang ditetapkan dengan mengikut jadual waktu yang diberikan.
• Mematuhi semua undang-undang pengangkutan dan mengekalkan rekod pemanduan yang bersih & selamat.

• Mempunyai Lesen GDL dan berpengalaman memandu Van diutamakan.
• Berkeupayaan untuk berjalan, memandu, mengangkat dan membawa barang berat (maksimum 30kg) untuk tempoh yang berpanjangan.

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Assist the Customer Success Manager with managing the entire range of day-to-day operations of the business and team. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers to ensure business objectives are met.
• Take ownership of escalated issues and follow problems through to resolution by collaborating with internal teams to remediate.
• Use customer data and analytics to uncover opportunities for new feature adoption and up-selling, including weekly and monthly reporting.

About the role

The role is part of our Global SOC team, tasked to deliver Managed Security Services (MSS) and help customers achieve its business goals & objectives by re-imagining cybersecurity as one of its business enabler. The role reports to SOC vertical based in Singapore. Job Responsibilities:

• Work in 24x7 shift environment to handle security incidents and provide level two (L2) support during analysis & investigations to identify the root cause (RCA).
• Provide detailed remediation recommendation to customers for the incidents within agreed SLAs, and if required assist them during remediation implementation.
• Execute SOC playbooks, Standard operating procedure (SOP), knowledge base to minimize the security incident impact and perform detailed investigation on the infected assets.
• Escalate critical incidents to 3rd level support team, for further analysis & investigations, and demonstrate excellent collaboration skills for timely resolution to minimize impact to customers.
• Review 3rd party threat intel feeds and integrate them into MSS platforms to provide value to our MSS customers.

• Support the SOC Engineering team in ensuring the health and functionality of SOC tools to prevent incidents from being missed due to tool malfunctions.
• Enable regional L1 Security Analysts to deliver seamless L1 support by developing SOC playbooks, relevant and sufficient knowledge base.

• Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience working in SOC and MSS environments, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/Information security.
• Proven experience on incident analysis using SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Devo, Splunk, IBM QRadar.
• Proven experience on any Endpoint Protection (EPP) or Endpoint Detection Response (EDR) technologies. Preferred if Microsoft Defender, S1 and CrowdStrike.
• Exposure to firewall technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
