What you’ll do?

• To be the Central Gatekeeper of Marketing Efficiency - work with Finance and Corporate Planning team on the company-wide budget planning and review process, monitor and evaluate the performance of key markets and marketing channels, and ensure overall marketing efficiency is achieved vs company targets

• Collaborate with security, regional lead counsels, external advisers, and regulatory authorities when required.

Project Support:

• Collaborate with business and R&D teams to provide expert support for projects, ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) or other assessments when necessary.

Project Management:

• Contribute to the development of company-wide privacy compliance strategies.
• Collaborate with business and security departments to drive data privacy compliance initiatives, including data mapping and internal policy enhancement.

Legal Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze data privacy legislation and enforcement globally.
• Drive internal actions as necessary to ensure compliance.

Regular Privacy Compliance Training:

• Conduct regular privacy compliance training for business, R&D, executives, and other relevant stakeholders.

What you'll need:

Legal Experience:

• 2-5 years of work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in data privacy compliance-related roles.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Working understanding of privacy law principles, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy laws.
• Preference for candidates with experience in GDPR compliance projects.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use them as working languages.

Communication and Coordination Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications:

• CIPP is preferred but not necessary.

What You'll Do:

As the Manager of Vertical Planning & Operations at Klook, you will play a pivotal role in driving a high-performing team to drive commercial and service level excellence for our global travel product verticals, including attraction tickets and tours & activities. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Strategic Vision: Develop and shape the business model and strategic roadmaps for the vertical, overseeing the entire spectrum from supply to demand, business strategy, and technology innovation. Collaborate closely with regional teams to devise go-to-market strategies for new product verticals.
• Program Leadership: Take charge of strategic initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on a global scale to elevate the performance of our verticals. This includes optimizing customer satisfaction, enhancing traffic channels, expanding supply coverage, ensuring inventory availability, optimizing pricing strategies, maximizing profitability, streamlining costs, enriching content, and improving the booking experience.
• Product & Technology Enhancement: Collaborate closely with our product and technology teams to enhance the visibility, usability, and conversion rates of booking processes across Klook's mobile app, website, and other distribution channels.
• Data-Driven Insights: Establish comprehensive metrics and implement advanced mechanisms for monitoring and analyzing commercial and operational performance, allowing data-driven decision-making to thrive.

What You'll Need:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in OTA, e-commerce, tech startups, strategy consulting, business analytics, category or brand management, or product management.
• Project Leadership: A proven track record of successfully driving cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, and fluency in Chinese is a valuable asset.

The role:

Klook is seeking an experienced Director of CRM to oversee and lead the development and execution of strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across all markets and channels.

As the Director of CRM, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and data teams to ensure that Klook delivers an exceptional customer experience that maximizes customer lifetime value. You will play a critical role in driving Klook's growth by leveraging customer data and insights to develop and execute strategies that deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Company's shift from a focus on unit economics to a priority on user economics
• Champion the appropriate mindset regarding Klook's customer cycle stages (onboarding -> acquisition -> repeat -> referral) throughout the organization
• Collaborate closely with teams including product managers, marketing channel leaders, and brand marketers to align their strategies based on well-defined user segments
• Create and communicate effective customer retention strategies that go beyond reliance on paid channels or incentives
• Establish North Star metric(s) to ensure alignment with the right direction and define KPIs for measuring tactical progress
• Construct actionable and experimentally testable predictive models for user LTV
• Contribute to Klook's strategic decisions by assisting in the development of large-scale, mutually beneficial loyalty programs for both the company and customers

What you’ll need:

• 10+ years of experience in a product, digital marketing, or strategy role, with a proven track record of driving results and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Experience developing and executing CRM and CLM strategies across multiple channels and markets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams, including the ability to put together and deliver persuasive presentations to senior management
• Project management experience - the ability to juggle multiple work streams, collaborators, and stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Strong data background with a fundamental understanding of statistics - ideally comfortable with SQL to do data exploration and derive insights
• Experience in using marketing cloud tool e.g. Salesforce MC, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, MoEngage etc. is a plus
• Experience managing a team and providing mentorship and guidance to ensure team success.
• Experience working in the travel industry or e-commerce is a plus.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus
