Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist for the end to end outlet renovation projects and its maintenance duties.
• Project duties including but not limited to on outlet design, site coordination, source for quotations, develop a schedule for project completions, involve in licensing applications, liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as contractors/ vendors/workers, mall management and suppliers.
• Design outlet layout and floor planning using 3D Max and Autocad.
• Monitor the schedule regularly and ensure completion of projects in time.
• Support the team for existing projects.
• Handle regular maintenance, ad-hoc repair, and renewal of outlet equipment (E.g. fire extinguisher, air-conditioning) promptly, to ensure smooth operations.
