Job Responsibilities:

Ø Involved in all electrical engineering designs, calculations, preparing bill of materials, and liaise with customers and suppliers for any engineering query

Ø Involved in technical reviews and clarifications with customer and suppliers

Ø Carry out maintenance calibrations, installation, configuration and fault diagnosis of instrumentation and control system equipment

Ø Assist inspection and testing of electrical system to comply with regulatory requirements and company integrity program and all appropriate standards

Ø Support engineers related to electrical, instrumentation, including manufacturing and facility equipment

Ø Liaise and coordinate with contractors and external service providers when needed

Ø Assist with quality improvement projects to facilitate continuous improvement

Requirements:

Ø Good knowledge in electrical safety and chemical plant safety & work experience

Ø Must have possession of relevant technical knowledge

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

Ø Good verbal and written communication skills

Ø Candidate must have at least a NTC or Diploma degree.

We are currently seeking a Performing Arts Technician on a fixed term contract until the 22 July 2025 to join our amazing Performing Arts department. The successful post holder will provide technical support for our School events, predominantly (but not solely) run by the Performing Arts Department. The role will involve setting and operating equipment for audio and video recordings, use of lights/projectors and sound systems, performing stage management duties and managing staging configurations. They will have a relevant qualification and/or experience in sound or lighting (including set up and maintenance of theatre lighting and sound systems).
