We are looking for an experienced ACMV Project Operation Manager to perform the review, management, and installation of all design documentation of ACMV, HVAC, and control systems. He will follow through the whole project lifecycle from estimation, tendering, and detail engineering to project management and implementation.

What Will You Do:

• Supervise a group of site staff, and engineers. Plan and organize daily work, execution of projects, prepare project schedules, milestone reports, submission and manpower planning

• To carry out site visits throughout the project to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed program.
• Responsible for preparing documentation including daily reports, monthly progress reports, method of statement, and work procedures for the project manager.

• Perform investigation of accident/incident report including recommendation of preventive or improvement measures to mitigate recurrence

Job Requirements
