You will act as the Learning Management Systems (LMS) Manager for the Royal Navy Submarine Training Centre (RNSTC), overseeing all aspects of training delivery and support of the two TLANs (Secret and Official) including the LMS(S) solution and RNSTC areas within the Defence Learning Environment (DLE). Located within the Royal Navy Submarine Training Centre at HMNB Clyde you will lead the establishment of DLE and LMS home pages for all RNSTC courseware and oversee hosting of training content and supporting material across the RNSTC IT Domain.

What you’ll be doing:
- Heavily involved in the set up of the new LMS system
- Supporting with the process of how users are logged on
- Dealing with the process and management of the accounts
- Ensuring users have access to particular areas of the system only with responsibility for the creation of log-ins and security
- Shaping strategy, policy and processes
- Ongoing support of new LMS system
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive background in IT Networks
- Experience of managing and set up of Learning Management Systems
- Proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
- Team player with experience working within and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of output.
- Experience working with senior level stakeholders.
- Experience of working within Defence Learning Environment (DLE) (desirable)
- Must be able to obtain UK SC clearance (potentially DV clearance in future)
- Experience of the use of technology to earning delivery and the learner journey.
