• Create user manuals and troubleshooting guides to aid both support teams and users in effectively interacting with the system.
• Work closely with L2 Technical staff and the project manager to set objectives and plan system upgrades and improvements.

• Work is arranged in a 12-hour shift following a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Prior experience with some programming languages (HTML, JAVA) will be an added advantage.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience in supporting fintech related software applications will be an added advantage.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Prior experience in supporting mobile or web applications is an added advantage.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for all deliverables required in the agreement with Singapore General Hospital.
• To organize his team to align with the overall client’s expectation and contractual requirements andsupport the operations of the hospital, especially in the front end engineering and customersupports. • Constantly engaging the client and end users to seek feed back, gaps and improvementopportunities through survey and dialogue.
• Responsible for overall customer and end users relationship management while exercising costcontrol monitor and measure with the awareness to generating additional works to enhancemargin.
• To stabilize the team during upon operations and continued to seek improvement in theorganization structure and operations process to improve supports to the hospital.
• Manage relationship with all specialist sub-con and contractors appointed by the hospital toachieve the required KPI, client’s expectations and deliverables in the contract with SingaporeGeneral Hospital.

• Identify engineering issues and trouble shooting to response to end users’ request. Resolving andmitigating potential engineering problems and potential cause to system breakdown. Work closelywith the Central Operations to tackle engineering problems.
