Job Summary:
The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the company. This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors and the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, drive revenue growth, ensure operational efficiency, and build a strong organizational culture. Given our global operations, daily work will involve close collaboration with our Indonesian and Chinese offices. Proficiency in Mandarin and an understanding of both Indonesian and Chinese work cultures are essential to fully optimize team diversity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Business Development and Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams, with a focus on expanding into new international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase market presence and brand awareness.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
- Ensure robust financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Optimize operational efficiency to maximize profitability and growth.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement and refine business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the company’s operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in product and service offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing its interests to investors, partners, media, and the public.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors.

- Cultural and Language Proficiency:
- Utilize proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with key staff.
- Understand and respect the cultural nuances and business practices of Indonesian and Chinese offices.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial positions, preferably in a high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of brand creation, marketing, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Proven track record of expanding business into new international markets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in financial management and operational optimization.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate a diverse and talented team.
- Understanding of Indonesian and Chinese work cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred).
