The Vaccines Health and Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for the promotion of a Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels.  This position will require regular live in field customer engagement in addition to virtual engagements.     
    
The HSP is accountable for launching new products, deciding upon the best strategies to manage business relationships, understanding, and securing formulary access, and engaging in product promotion within the assigned geography. In addition, the HSP is charged with sales efforts and relationship development with customers and accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

The Role

As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of full-time researchers capturing data that supports CoStar Group products.  CoStar Group researchers collect data, research, and imagery on assigned commercial properties to capture the features and highlights of each building.  CoStar Group customers rely on our team to offer content that drives real estate transactions.  As a Field Research Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that researchers are always meeting both production and quality standards.  Meeting deadlines for our internal clients is a critical part of your responsibilities.  Working in the field with each of your researchers throughout the month to ensure best practices are implemented and provide coaching and mentoring is required. ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Research Photographers who will support us as we build out an in-depth understanding of the Commercial Real Estate of Dusseldorf and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for ensuring that the CoStar products are representing the most current and accurate information and photographs on Commercial properties and listings through on-site inspections within the assigned geography. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (Canon R6 and 17-35mm lens or similar, drone where applicable, iPad, laptop, Smartphone, Mobile Wi-Fi and traveling via foot/public transport or hybrid research vehicle when necessary) our Research Photographers canvas the market to identify and capture commercial listings, properties, building attributes, tenants and photographs not represented in the CoStar database. Research Photographers are remotely managed by a Photography Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive or walk assigned submarkets within core territories to collect the required imagery, information and updates – including: identifying new availabilities, missing Inventory, updating construction status, adding up to date high resolution images where required.

• Cross-reference new leads with current information on CoStar database by researching sales and lease comparable data. Once satisfied that the information is new, collect building data and contact information on property and send to in-house Research team

• Photograph and collect building attribute data and contact information on all commercial properties with for lease and for sale signs working in entire assigned territory

• While in front of the targeted property, collect all visible data fields about the property including, but not limited to, the address, building type, # of stories, gross building area, building height, industrial loading information, retail specific details

• Use Adobe software suite to post process digital images

• Create footprint and rooftop geocode for each building using polygon tool in field mapping software

• Associate any assigned tenant locations to polygon, and photograph tenant space

• Follow daily Field Research procedures including:

• Quality communication to your Photography Manager to ensure assignments are efficiently carried and completed within a predefined time frame.

• Accurately logging working time and providing production updates.

• Upload data and images collected on the day the properties are canvassed

• Photograph and collect data on multiple properties per day predefined by your manager

• Visually scan commercial properties in assigned submarket while driving or walking, resulting the target number of potential listings (leasing and/or sale signs) per day when working on lead project

• Professionally communicate with property managers and customers via phone, e-mail, and in person.

• Abide by CoStar safety standards

• Maintain company vehicle and equipment

• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Research Photographers who will support us as we build out an in-depth understanding of the Commercial Real Estate of Dortmund and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for ensuring that the CoStar products are representing the most current and accurate information and photographs on Commercial properties and listings through on-site inspections within the assigned geography. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (Canon R6 and 17-35mm lens or similar, drone where applicable, iPad, laptop, Smartphone, Mobile Wi-Fi and traveling via foot/public transport or hybrid research vehicle when necessary) our Research Photographers canvas the market to identify and capture commercial listings, properties, building attributes, tenants and photographs not represented in the CoStar database. Research Photographers are remotely managed by a Photography Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive or walk assigned submarkets within core territories to collect the required imagery, information and updates – including: identifying new availabilities, missing Inventory, updating construction status, adding up to date high resolution images where required.

• Cross-reference new leads with current information on CoStar database by researching sales and lease comparable data. Once satisfied that the information is new, collect building data and contact information on property and send to in-house Research team

• Photograph and collect building attribute data and contact information on all commercial properties with for lease and for sale signs working in entire assigned territory

• While in front of the targeted property, collect all visible data fields about the property including, but not limited to, the address, building type, # of stories, gross building area, building height, industrial loading information, retail specific details

• Use Adobe software suite to post process digital images

• Create footprint and rooftop geocode for each building using polygon tool in field mapping software

• Associate any assigned tenant locations to polygon, and photograph tenant space

• Follow daily Field Research procedures including:

• Quality communication to your Photography Manager to ensure assignments are efficiently carried and completed within a predefined time frame.

• Accurately logging working time and providing production updates.

• Upload data and images collected on the day the properties are canvassed

• Photograph and collect data on multiple properties per day predefined by your manager

• Visually scan commercial properties in assigned submarket while driving or walking, resulting the target number of potential listings (leasing and/or sale signs) per day when working on lead project

• Professionally communicate with property managers and customers via phone, e-mail, and in person.

• Abide by CoStar safety standards

• Maintain company vehicle and equipment

• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times

• Participate in monthly conference calls with sales and research teams

• Represent Research Photography at occasional trade functions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Repetitive and frequent standing, seeing, sitting and walking up to 8 hours per day.

• Holding 2kgs in one hand for 5 minutes.

• Repetitive hand and arm movements needed to type and write.

• Exposed to various weather conditions each day.

• Exposed to both vehicle noise and possible car exhaust fumes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A full local driving license (clean record preferred) is essential.

• Reading/writing proficiency in English and German.

• Technical proficiency in digital photography and post processing via the use of the Adobe suite of products; Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.

• A willingness to travel to work across the country on special field related projects.

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

• An existing portfolio of property exterior and interiors imagery.

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.

• Flexible, with the ability to positively adopt new processes.

• The ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology and mapping software.

• Ability to work on own initiative and follow CoStar protocols remotely without supervision.

• Comfortable with working alone with daily support via phone and email.

Our teams are supported by a strong research and implementation infrastructure, integrated clinical partnerships, patient and public involvement, and (inter)national collaborations, in order to accelerate early adoption of best evidence into policy and practice, and of methodological innovation into research application.

We seek to appoint a Research Fellow/ Clinical Research Fellow to play a central role in TRANSLATE (Translating evidence for Early Intervention in Psychosis in Low and Lower-Middle Countries LMICs: Implementation and Evaluation) programme of research newly funded as part of the NIHR Global Research Professorship award to Prof. Saeed Farooq. This is an exciting research opportunity for developing and evaluating a new model of care for early psychosis in resource constrained setting. The research programme involves establishing services in number of sites, follow up of participants for one year and evaluating the service using both quantitative and qualitative methods. A nested cohort will be used for developing and validating a prediction model for early recognition of treatment resistant psychosis.

The successful candidate will lead the programme from conception to completion and will work directly under the supervision of Prof Saeed Farooq. You will be based at Keele University, School of Medicine, which incorporates research in mental and global health which is one of University's strategic research areas. You will work closely with early career researchers based at LMIC sites who will be implementing the early intervention in psychosis programme at sites in LMIC countries. You will have the opportunity to use your initiative and creativity to identify areas for research, develop research methods, and extend your research portfolio.

You will have a PhD with an in-depth knowledge and experience in early intervention in psychosis. The understanding of healthcare systems and developing services in LMIC is desirable. Candidates without a PhD will be considered if they have completed clinical training in psychiatry with relevant experience in early intervention in psychosis or related fields and have in-depth knowledge of research methods demonstrated by publications and other research outputs. Ideally you will also have project development and management experience.

The post will be based at Keele for research purposes and in Midlands Partnership University Foundation Trust for clinical work.
Our global health research programme started in January 2017 and current global health projects are funded by GCRF, AHRC, MRC and NIHR. This will be an excellent opportunity for a clinician or clinical psychologist to develop the academic expertise in these areas of research.
