In a Senior Scheduler/Planner role in our Real Estate team, you will have knowledge in:

• Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects. 
• Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices. 
• Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients. 
• Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays. 
• Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management. 
• Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractors program.

As a Delivery Driver (Cat B) Driver, our client offers:

* £135 to £200 per day - Self Employed - Fully paid training days.

* 9 hour planned Delivery Route.

What will the role involve?

* You will be delivering packages across a planned route to an approved timescale.
* Loading and unloading parcels from your van (must be able to lift a minimum of 23kg).
* Driving a company van.

What are we looking for?

* You will need a UK or EU Driving Licence 12 months+.
* You must have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
* Must be over the age of 21.
