Job Purpose:  

 To be responsible for updating data system as assigned by Senior Logistics.  

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities

• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
• Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.

Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. About the role:

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for maximising outbound service levels with appropriate inventory levels. As the Shipping Commercial and New Business Development Manager, you will lead an externally focused team for commercial delivery and advice with both short term and long-term perspective, market analysis and modelling solutions for Shell’s shipping requirements. This includes developing and managing a funnel of new business opportunities in the context of energy transition. To manage shipping business development to drive commercialization of new shipping technologies into commercially viable constructs that must help Shell achieve its objectives. You will partner with commercial leads in Shell’s business lines to deepen external relationships to deliver business.  You will provide pragmatic and rational leadership and managing a diverse set of stakeholders in a complex subject area.

This role reports to the General Manager, Shipping & Maritime, Europe & Africa and Trading & Supply.

What’s the role?

In this role, you will:

• Lead a team to develop and deliver commercial insights for enabling long term decisions for Shell’s freight businesses across crude/products tankers, LNG shipping and LNG bunkering segments.
• develop analytical and commercial capability in your team of 6-7 staff to enable above insights.
• engage with yards, ship owners, operators and maritime regulators to bring outside–in views and commercial insights to inform Shell’s investment approach to shipping requirements.
• drive commercial focus in the team for value generation from operational data / parameters of the chartered fleet.
• enable delivery of commercial insights from regulatory changes and requirements
• partner with business leads on mandate requests for shipping related large capex investments driving commercial discipline and focus on value.
• team up with technology teams for early identification for new developments in shipping in crude/ products and LNG shipping and decarbonization and working in conjunction with Industry Partners on near-term and long-term strategic measures.
• responsible for developing commercial talent within the team and for boarder Shell requirements.

What we need from you

We are keen to hear from candidates with deep shipping commercial experience across crude/products tanker, LNG, and LNG bunkering segments.

• Extensive experience in the shipping industry in a senior role and relationships with ship owners, operators and yards.
• Experience of LT chartering of vessels and overseeing new ship building programs
• Experience of building analytical capability for shipping demand/supply and yard capacities
• Experience and understanding of shipping economics including evolving technology choices and impact on costs.
• Keen interest in energy transition and pathways to decarbonize Shipping & Maritime.
• Strong awareness of evolving emissions regulations and reporting requirements.
• Passion for people and embrace a learner mindset to create an environment that enables diversity and inclusion.
• a leader who seeks to break down silos and builds and strengthens bridges to enable efficiencies and cross team collaboration and learning.

• P&L responsibility for North Asia aviation portfolio, responsible for working with VCO (Value Chain Optimization) to maximize enterprise profitability by distributive area. 

• Build, develop and manage relationships with aviation industry customers domiciled in the assigned region for supply at Chevron airport locations globally.

• Act as global point of contact for assigned customers. 

• Provide a transparent, one-stop shop service for customer enquiry, dispute resolution and accounts receivables, by working with Aviation Marketing Support, Aviation Operations, Shared Services Centers, and Credit.

• Represent region in global aviation marketing meetings to discuss and resolve issues that require global connectivity.

• Manage Location Profitability supported by Aviation Operations Managers for locations.

• Responsible for all pricing decisions in tender submissions for assigned locations (from airlines within the region and also from other global airlines outside the region), based on fully loaded costs and market conditions.

Required Qualifications/Requirements:
