About the hiring company.
It is an established international freight forwarder and logistics provider. Due to recent increase in business volume, the company is now seeking experienced Freight Logistics Services Executive who can look after the end to end Import and/or export Sea Freight process to join their freight operations team in Kelana Jaya.
The job role & Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for coordinating and assigning shipments/container cargo to the rightful destinations. You will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The job will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment, arrange import delivery and raise billing/invoices for payment.
In this role, you will be busy within dynamic environment so the candidate must be efficient and able to adapt to clients' requests. This is a fast paced role and applicants will need a high degree of accuracy and an ability to multi-task.
Line of duties:
*Registration of the job shipment into CargoWise upon booking.
*Booking of space with shipping lines.
*Prepare and issue invoices for Shipments.
*Internal liaison with overseas offices and other departments.
*Liaise with clients to keep them informed of the shipment status.
Requirements: The person
We are looking for female candidates who will have at least a Diploma qualification. She must be computer literate, able to operate MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
Candidates with 2-3 years of experience gained specifically within freight forwarding industry would be highly preferred.
EDI CargoWise experience is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.
Must be willing to be based at Kelana Jaya area.

This is an established international logistics and freight services company who are seeking suitable logistics candidates with previous experience to join their operations team based at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya. Candidates with a stable logistics work history in quoting and liaising with clients however with no previous ocean freight forwarding experience but enthusiastic to learn this side of business will be welcome to apply for this role.

Role & Responsibilities

The logistics professional functions as an interface between international and domestics service providers and the broader business.
The role will see you responsible for the execution of freight movements for exports ocean/sea freight shipments. As the Export Freight Administrator, you will be responsible for end to end export coordination to include handling export inquiries, confirming information with your clients and service providers, preparing/lodging all export documentation, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in Cargowise (system) and raising relevant invoices (charges). Your lines of duties will include collating export document, bookings with shipping lines, organizing movement of cargo, client invoicing, etc. The role will encompass the following responsibilities:
*Manage the necessary documentation for the efficient and legal execution of import and export activities.
*Consolidation preparation.
*Update in the computer systems with manifesting data in accordance with shipper's instructions
*Input data into the EDI management system.
*Check and verify Bill of Lading/invoice print.
*Resolve cargo reporting discrepancies with Customs department.
*Collaborating with the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies with Operations invoicing matters.
*Maintenance of cargo security and appropriate records.
*Provide documentation,reporting and quotations to customers.
*Play a key role in customer implementation,development and retention,actively managing own customer accounts,providing quality customer service.
*Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with customers to support development of new and additional business streams.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for applicants who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven person (Malaysian female) to apply for this role.
Candidates with the following qualification and experience will be considered:
-Tertiary qualifications (Degree or Diploma level) in Logistics, International Freight Forwarding or relevant disciplines; or equivalent commercial experience .

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.
Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.
Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.
Creation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.
Responsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimisation.

Based in either our London or Singapore office, the Market Risk Manager is part of the Freight Market Risk Team. They are responsible for understanding the positions and strategies employed by the Freight trading business of Shell Trading and Supply (T&S), as well as identifying and analysing freight exposures within the physical oil and LNG trading books.
