The Partner Success Specialist will focus on the day-to-day partner management and support activities for Autodesk Learning Partners. You will work closely with the regional Autodesk Learning - Partner Success Manager (PSM) and the Global Support Team to develop subject matter expertise on Learning Partner guidelines including complete understanding of program benefits and requirements of the Authorized Training Center Program (ATC), the Autodesk Authorized Academic Partner Program (AAP), and the Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) Program. The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.

Position Description:
The Alcon team is looking for talented and motivated Co-ops to join us onsite for the Fall 2024 at the Johns Creek, GA location. Co-op duration is May/June - December
The Equipment Engineering co-op would be assigned projects that would consist of equipment upgrades and OEE improvements from the DSMFLEX platform. Some of these projects are safety related, others are quality improvements, and we also have performance driven opportunities with very short paybacks. There is opportunity to assist with the installation and qualification of the new equipment in the DSMFLEX expansion project.
Minimum Qualifications for Co-ops:
Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to co-op, and at least one additional semester following your co-op (May 2025 graduation date or later).
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's level degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related major.
Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis. Students on an F1 visa with CPT work authorization may be accommodated.

Providing onsite controls support for production downtime issues.

Job Purpose
To assist experienced mechanics efficiently performing maintenance and repair on Company assembly equipment, machine tools, machining equipment, and manufacturing equipment by using cost-saving strategies and ensuring Graco quality standards are met.
Essential Duties
Perform preventative maintenance and simple repairs of all company-owned machine tools, assembly equipment, and Graco-owned manufacturing assets.
Perform simple testing and repair in the area of hydraulics, mechanical elements, electrical, and electronics.
Promptly respond to customer maintenance requests concerning equipment breakdowns.
Troubleshoot issues to determine the course of action and consult with CNC Mechanic A for advice if necessary.
Provide support to departmental personnel as workload dictates.
Keep accurate maintenance records.
Order parts/supplies and maintain inventory accuracy.
Meet operational requirements and expectations for accuracy of work, while minimizing waste by caring for product, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education & Experience:
Associates degree in maintenance/maintenance-related field (electrical, electronics, hydraulics, fluid power, or robotics, etc.) and meet experience requirements.
0 – 1+ years of machine maintenance experience.
Requirements with No Degree –
Must meet experience requirements. If no degree must start associate's degree in maintenance or related field to be eligible for promotion to next pay grade.
4+ years machine/mechanical maintenance experience (no degree) OR currently enrolled in an associate's degree program for at least 1 year OR more than 2 years experience at Graco in a maintenance capacity.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Mechanical aptitude.
Understand safety rules and regulations to prevent unsafe set-ups, operations, or acts, which might cause injury to self, others, or the environment.
Read and understand mechanical prints and electrical schematics.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to take work direction and complete tasks in an organized and timely manner.
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

In this role, a typical day will include:
Assisting with the training and development of Maintenance Technicians/Electro-Mechanics and production personnel.
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform corrective maintenance for all production equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
Assisting with improvements to the maintenance systems. (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)
Assisting with technical projects for process upgrades and improvements, and with revising or writing SOPs.
Optimizing manufacturing equipment and process to provide balanced gains in product quality, output, product yield, and cost reduction.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Work hours: 36 - 48 hours per week (12-hour rotating day shift: 2 days on, 2 days off, and every other weekend)
