ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for designing and creating three-dimensional (3D) graphics, motion graphics, and Computer Generated Images (CGI) using software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc. You will collaborate closely with programmers and artists to understand project requirements and ensure accurate implementation of desired effects. Timely delivery of assigned tasks according to scheduled plans is a key aspect of this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand project requirements and conceptualize creative ideas.
• Create storyboards to visualize scenes and establish realistic environments for projects and visual effects.
• Contribute to the development of project presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and developments within the field.
• Independently edit videos and other video/animation projects to meet Gain City communication objectives, such as Educational Materials, Corporate content, talent recruitment and training videos, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Graphics Design, Animation, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Self-motivated and capable of self-direction.
• Strong understanding of business processes, including workflow management and development tasks.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, for example, Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Blender.

As a 3D Specialist, you will create compelling and persuasive CGI content for digital campaigns and more. You will be working closely with our Digital Marketing team and play a key role in the overall execution of 3D assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Participating in the planning, execution, and supervision of projects, including meeting deadlines and communicating with clients or team members.
• 3D Modeling: Creating, texturing, and shading 3D objects and environments for use in various types of digital media.
• Rigging: Building the skeletal structure of 3D models to allow for realistic movement.
• Animation: Manipulating 3D models or environments to create movement and actions, including character and creature animations, camera movements, and natural environmental animations.

• Develop technical drawings and engineering designs for manufacture components & end products [Apply computer-aided design (CAD)]
• Produce and post-process the tool path data into machine specific codes for multi-axis computer numerical control (CNC) machining
• Create prototypes using 3D printing technology
• Consult with the design team regularly to understand the aesthetics of the design and the effect the designers are trying to achieve
• Produce 3D models of 2D designs for presentation purposes
