· Prepare Level 2 Project Schedule as a reference for subcontractors to develop detailed Level 4 work schedules

· Review subcontractor planning package submissions and recommend approval as the project baseline to management

· Monitor actual progress submitted by subcontractors weekly, ensuring alignment with the approved baseline and report schedule variances to management regularly including overall progress, earned values, and lookahead schedules

· Plan and forecast weekly and monthly work schedules, setting productivity targets

· Maintain and periodically update baseline and current schedules using Primavera P6 software, analysing the impact of proposed changes and additional activities

· Analyse progress variances and their causes

· Conduct site inspections to verify actual progress and document with progress photos for management review

· Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities

The Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field

· 3 to 5 years of Project Planning experience in Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries

· Proficient in Primavera Project Planning software (P6)

· Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detailed project networks and schedules for engineering and installation projects
