We are looking for a Product/Solution Manager to join our Growth Team!
You will lead the delivery of a suite of products within the Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services propositions team to support growth in our Client Groups in Capita Public Services.
The propositions include Digital Business Process services and technology-enabled services, including but not limited to Front and Back Office services, Digital connectivity and Infrastructure, and any new capabilities identified and agreed upon.
What you'll be doing:
• define and deliver the product family to market, creating buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners
• develop product pricing and positioning strategies, analysing the market, competitors and customer segments
• translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - define scope, features, user stories and create mockups or wireframes to illustrate functionality
• champion product evolution to maintain market share and relevance, engaging with ongoing dialogue with the Proposition Sales Director and client groups
• work closely with development teams, including external partners, whilst ensuring quality standards, technical specifications and customer expectations are met
• support product launches, marketing campaigns, events and represent the product at various events such as conferences, webinars and on social media
What we're looking for:
• proven experience as a product manager or similar role in a digital or technology-related industry or service industry with experience of technology-enabled products
• strong knowledge of product management methodologies, tools, and processes
• strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
• excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• experience with Capita's products and services or the public sector is a plus
