• Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyze, and review operational solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, review, and document requirement artifacts.
• Review functional specifications and process defined documents.
• Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and test cases are executed within the UAT schedule.
• Provide post-production support, review production issues, and track them to closure.
• Collaborate closely with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in the banking domain.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives, preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in Consumer Banking Operations and Corporate Banking Operations.
• A hands-on team player who can see the big picture, possesses a can-do attitude, and can handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and planning skills.

• Experience with end user navigation knowledge and involve in whole project configuration, execution and data management activities (Data upload, DM Review, Medical coding, Reports generation, Subjects Freeze and Lock)
• Experience in creating and reviewing the Data Management documents like Data Management Plan, eCRF Completion Guidelines, Schedule of Events, Report Requirements, SAE Reconciliation Plan, Data Review Plan, Status Reports, Data Transfer Agreements, Protocol Deviation Reports and Data Management Report and in creation of Governance and Communication Plan document.
• Must have JavaScript, Python, MATLAB, R programming, NI LABVIEW, C and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with DWI document for Data Management Quality Checking
• Must have SAE reconciliation, external data reconciliation and protocol deviation handling.
• Must have Viedoc EDC, have worked in Reference data setup, Translations.
