Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
Excellent written & oral communication, objection handling and presentation skills.
Experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, with minimum requirement of the Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent.
Preferential Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrated Industry Experience in the following is a plus: Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare & Life sciences, Professional Services, Travel, Transport & Hospitality, Energy and Utilities.
Degree, Diploma or proven experience of working in computer science and or related engineering fields a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an MRI Solution Consultant in affordable housing, you’ll never get bored with doing the same thing every day. You’ll be constantly challenged with new opportunities and new assignments. But some of the typical tasks include:
· Manage all aspects of client implementations including client assessment, data collection, data conversion, set-up, internet-based training, resolution of initial technical issues, and effective hand-off to the Support team.
· Manage completion and timely delivery of all items within a client contract and ensure client satisfaction and expectations.
· Coordinate and perform in-house testing of software data conversions.
· Collaborate with Product Development for new product development and existing product improvements, if requested.
· Collaborate with Department Manager, as appropriate, to create and maintain training documentation, presentations, videos, product guides and online help system maintenance.
· Recommend department process improvements, including developing best practices.
· Work on special projects, as requested.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solution Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the creation of technical Statements of Work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, with a focus on technical project documentation. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking abilities who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive SOWs.
Responsibilities:
Technical SOW Creation:
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to gather requirements for SOWs.
Draft, edit, and finalize technical SOWs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project goals and department objectives.
Operational Support:
Assist in developing and implementing streamlined processes for SOW creation and project documentation.
Work diligently to meet response times and communicate with project managers to ensure deliverables align with SOW requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct reviews of technical documentation as well as working with delivery managers to ensure accuracy on SOWs and Client Communication
Ensure that SOWs adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and technical teams and functions, to gather input and insights for SOW creation.
Qualifications & Experience:
College degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, with a focus on technical projects.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and concise SOWs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
