As a Solution Architect, your role & responsibilities include:

1. Understanding and analysing stakeholder requirements

3. Designing solutions architecture

• Lead the technical solution design and creation of architecture blueprints.

• Review prototypes, solution blueprints, and project scope to ensure that stakeholders’ needs are being met.
• Support the analysis of the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions, and the impact and changes required across multiple systems, platforms and applications.

4. Guiding solution implementation

• Work closely with the project teams to guide the solution during implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as an architect, and at least 15 years of experience in implementing IT systems.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web based architectures, integration methods and strategies to support non-functional requirements such as resilience and performance.
• Skills and experience in health IT systems, HL7 and FHIR would be valuable, but not a must.

The Solution Architect is to support the Sales team in terms of all pre-sale activities and customer engagement. He/she should be engaged with potential customers to understand their needs and drive the solution and services estimate, work closely with the Sales team to prepare the proposal and presentation to the customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for customers’ solution needs.
• Work closely with the sales team to design the solution that will resolve and meet the customers’ requirements.

Position Summary:

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Temus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping cloud architectures, collaborating with project teams, and providing technical leadership. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-based projects and driving innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams and lead architectural efforts for cloud migration projects.
• Design and refine Standards, Patterns, and Building Blocks for project teams based on best practices.
• Ensure Standards and policy requirements are integrated into solution building blocks.
• Assess solution resiliency and compliance with policies and procedures to prevent problems before they occur.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, proactively addressing them.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their impact on solution architectures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an Architect role, designing complex, cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in leading/guiding small teams.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud services, such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and more.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Design and track development of Insurance Policy Administration with Customer owned products.
• Manage Customer Workshops for APAC & EMEA Insurance products, drive country rollouts.
• Provide support for Client workshops to build Inhouse Product rollout plans.

• Design a scalable Azure VDI Architecture for 100-500 users.
• Choose appropriate components for the setup along with access measures such as disabling USB, file copy, etc.
• Plan for high availability and system resilience.
• Integrate the Azure VDI solution with existing systems as necessary.
• Establish security measures within VDI. (Azure DaaS)
