Thermal Mechanical Simulation Engineer is responsible for conducting thermal and mechanical simulation for package design and packaging process.

Responsibilities

• Work with the internal & external customer to:

1. Conduct thermal and mechanical simulation for stress analysis in component level as well as system level.
