Responsibilities :
➢ To develop and manage Business Analytics and Performance Management solutions such as business analytics, reporting, budgeting and planning, business scenario modelling and financial consolidation.
➢ Be accountable for end-to-end processes for all project deliverables.
➢ Manage client’s project team such as project sponsors, project managers, business/finance user representatives and IT managers.
➢ Establish and maintain excellent relationships with client’s project team.
➢ Manage project risk, timeline and profitability in a systematic way to deliver solutions on time, within the budget and agreed scope with high focus on QUALITY and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Requirements :
We are not fixated on paper qualifications. As long as you have experience or knowledge in some of the areas below, we would be happy to hear from you. Fresh graduates from university or polytechnic with the right attitude and drive may apply for this position too!
➢ Most important in a successful candidate: Willingness to learn and determined to design and deliver quality solutions to meet our client’s needs
➢ Holding a degree or diploma in Accountancy, Information Technology, Business Applications, Business Information Technology or Financial Informatics
➢ Candidates with experience, knowledge and certifications in IBM Business Analytics and Performance Management software such as IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics, IBM Cognos Analytics and IBM Cognos Controller will be preferred
➢ Candidates with experience, knowledge and certifications in other Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management or Financial Consolidation software such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Anaplan, Prophix, Tagetik, Board, OneStream, Jedox, Sigma Conso, SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management / FCCS will also be considered
➢ Good understanding and experience in Group Financial Consolidation, Statutory and Management Reporting, Budgeting / Planning / Forecasting as well as Data Analytics processes
➢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
➢ Prior background and proven experience in systems / process / management consulting will be helpful
➢ Prior background and proven experience in financial consolidation audit / advisory services including preparation of group consolidated financial statements and annual reports will also be relevant
➢ Experience or knowledge in R, Python as well as ESG / Sustainability and Optimization software (such as Envizi and iLOG CPlex) will also be a plus.
