Manage, plan and able to communicate overall plant operations to the Management and subordinates to ensure productivity, product quality, on time delivery, cost management and manpower efficiency of production and overall productions related matter.

1. Plan, manage and control overall productions activities to achieve daily production output.
2. Take overall charge of all production’s personnel. To liaise closely with Factory Manager and all section HOD/managers on the monthly production planning and to ensure schedule of each order delivery is met.
3. Manage and control overall rejection to achieve zero rejection rate. To ensure high productivity and minimum wastage. Minimize wastage of source raw material, natural resources, finish goods rejection.
4. To plan and implement preventive maintenance for all dipping lines. Responsible for productions, former and plant maintenance. Manage, communicate and monitor the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure minimum unscheduled downtime, build good repo and collaborate with PEM to understand and ensure the machine and equipment are in good conditions.
5. To provide productions reports to FM timely to ensure all productions KPI are delivered. To ensure output and quality of finished goods shall meet the required standards.

This position is responsible for oversee all functions of financial management across the company SEA which includes reporting activities of the company and is responsible for budget planning as well as supporting executive management team in offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

• Developing financial strategy, policy and procedures including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting together with MD and subgroup management.
• Overseeing the daily financial operational to ensures that accurate records are kept by standard practices.
• Providing up-to-date reports on financial covering accounting transactions for management review, resources, and corporate performance.
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations for management decision making.
• Analysing financial KPI´s of corporate controlling – focus on sales & margin, indirect costs.
• Responsible for the company's cash flow planning, provides periodic financial analysis, Monitors budget performance, expenditure efficiency across the business.
• Collaborates with other department in the preparation of the plan and Forecasts.
• Handles payment and communication with banks. Works with the group to ensure optimal use of Cash Pooling.
• Responsible for the development and innovation of the finance information system.
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings on the development of their costs. Proposes measures to optimize expenditure.
• Liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
• Ensures the creation of documents and analyses for the needs of the Company/Group.
• To build a sustainable & high performing team.
• May required to travel to carry out the above duties and for training from time to time.
• Other duties as requested/assigned by Managing Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at bachelor's degree in related field or others. (Accountancy, Finance or Economics).
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the Finance and Accounting field.
• Experience in managing, preparing & analysing reports, making improvements to fiscal tools & systems.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to manage day to day operation
• Oversee customers service team
• Drive process improvement. Review and revise SOP if needed
• Handling complaints and queries from both external (customer) & internal
• Managed collection. To ensure customers paid within credit term
• Negotiating and agreeing of new contracts
• Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service
• To develop and maintain effective client relationships, securing the long term business, maintain interests are optimized for the company.
• Coordinate administrative support to ensure that Confidentiality Agreement and Contracts & Agreements registers are properly maintained.
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of numerical and technical data related to sales and marketing.
• Providing commercial and contract management support to ensure commercial interests are optimized for the company.
• Leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they're giving the best customer service possible.
• Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work towards higher customer satisfaction
• Looking for alternative methods of efficiency. Overseeing inventory accurate, loading & unloading of goods
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements. Ensure smooth daily operations
• Leading pallet control team to carry out physical count and daily reconciliation.
