Job Responsibilities:

·       Establish, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.

·       Monitor and control the distribution of all the quality documentation of the projects.

·       Develop and implement QA quality programs and  quality plans in accordance with the project requirements.

·       Plan, prepare and implement QA/QC program as per project requirements and guide project team to ensure full compliance.

·       Manage Subcontractor’s QA/QC program to ensure it meets contract requirements and all local and federal codes.

The Quality Checker will be responsible for inspecting carpets at the end of the of the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality standards and prepare for distribution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high levels of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of carpets tiles.
Identify and document defects, flaws, or irregularities in carpet tiles, such as weaving inconsistencies, colour variations, stains, or imperfections in the texture.
Follow established quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure that all carpet tiles meet company standards and specifications.
Monitor equipment and machinery for proper functioning, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
