About The Role
This role in the Asset Owner’s team will contribute directly to the future of Prelude-Crux Asset by Supporting organisational, procedural and process readiness to operate the Crux facility throughout its lifecycle (manned and unmanned modes).
The key responsibilities are:
• Supporting to ensure that Prelude is ready to operate Crux at the earliest practical time.
• Enabling and facilitating delivery of the Operations Readiness Team during Detailed Design activities, with a focus on integration with Prelude.

4. Provide dedicated and consistent Prelude Support for development of Crux DCS HMI’s and graphics, and any updates required for Prelude graphics.
5. Ensuring Prelude’s readiness to receive Crux at the earliest practical point in time, and supporting the development of elements of the Crux Readiness / P2A Process.
During the Commissioning and Start Up Phase
6. Ensuring Operations and maintenance team organisational competency and capability in respect to Control Room Operator requirements, including OTS and development of additional Prelude operator requirements.
7. Contribute to walk downs, loop testing, function testing, Right First Time program, ensuring delivery of project outcomes.
8. Responsible for Start-up of Crux from the Crux platform.
During the Operate Phase
9. Transitions from the Crux platform, to be located onboard Prelude on the dedicated Crux Operator Work Station.
10. Ensure operation within the design envelop, utilising FSR and operational risk assessments where required.
11. Adhere to and promote safety and environmental procedures to ensure safety of personnel, plant and environment.

Within the Lubricants Oil Complex, the Process Technician will be responsible for
· Operating process units within the Production Area to achieve Shift Plan in accordance to Daily Operating Instructions, Standing Instructions and Site Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) procedures.
· Operating the plant optimally within alarm, Design-Operating-Window and the Integrity-Operating-Window.
· Perform structured rounds (DCS Panel/Field) for field data logging and proactive monitoring. Take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within optimal operating windows. Raise GSAP notifications for defects/maintenance issues with preliminary assessment of work order prioritization.
· Managing plant and equipment upsets, abnormal conditions and subsequent troubleshooting including incidents/plant emergencies and subsequent follow-up. Perform initial troubleshooting of more challenging/abnormal issue/high risk task (e.g. valve passing, leak, test point or drain line choked etc.).
· Update operating procedures, prepare job pack documentation and execute them for equipment maintenance.

The Blending Operator is involved in the Lubricants and Turbine Blending Operation, Bulk and Drum raw material unloading, and VII Blending. Activities are coordinated through the Planning function as well as SLP Coordinator.
Accountabilities:
HSSE
Knowledge and understanding of all alarm activated at the Fire Control Panel (Fire & Gas alarm) and follow up to validate the affected location and update to the Security Officer. Knowledge of H2S sensitive additive and proper handling. To be able to don safety harness for accessing to Isotank top. To ensure safe handling of the flexible hoses and good housekeeping of the hoses. Attend to any emergency at the field - e.g., tank high level alarm, H2S release, process equipment leaking, etc. Understand the Emergency Shutdown (ESD) location on field. Willing to be trained as CERT team member. To participate in the SSWT or “Go See” quality check and submit at least 1x Sphera every month.
CONTROL ROOM OPERATIONS
To raise maintenance request IW21 and follow up with maintenance team. Printing of sample label from GSAP/MES. To process the inbound delivery order in GSAP and LUBCEL. To process the unloading order in LUBCEL - input the tank, pump, Isotank gross weight before and after discharging, etc. Proactively response to process defects, buzzer alarm and ESD. To response to all alarm activated at the Fire Control Panel (Fire & Gas alarm) and follow up to validate the affected location and update to the Security Officer.
OPERATIONS LOGGING AND RECORD KEEPING
To ensure daily logging of the bulk additive discharging activities. To perform GSAP transaction – GI/GR, release production order, maintenance request IW21, etc.
FIELD OPERATIONS
To support Panel man for blending in VII, ILB, SMB, ABB, TUR, PREMIX. To carry out raw material replenishment – DCF, PPM, Mini bulk tank. To operate the LUBCEL outside at Drum Decanting Unit (DDU) area to carry out decanting of additive drum, IBC additive, base oil, reworked product to the blend. To decant flushing oil drum and IBC to SLOP oil tank (T4101). To decant partial filled finished product drums/IBCs to SMB/ABB Blender via DDU. To decant partial filled finished product drums/IBCs to ILB Blender via Diaphragm pump. To operate the drum oven for additive drum heating. To attend to any physical work requires in the field – lineup of tank, utilities like steam & air, equipment defect, sampling, etc. To carry out manual tank dipping to verify and investigate any stock discrepancy. To handle and monitor the ITT for drum additive decant activities into mini bulk tank, MBT. To handle and monitor the ITT for SLP base oil tank into day tank, ensure base oil day tank always at healthy level. To operate the weighing bridge and verifying the Isotank weighing. To control the incoming Isotank movement – Total in charge for Isotank movements schedule. To operate the control box at the unloading bay. SUPPORT and GENERAL TASK
To assist Supervisor in Blend failure troubleshooting and analysis. To assist Supervisor to carry out weekly bulk recon and drum additive stock check. To perform basic fitting work e.g., opening flange 4” and below, coupling, adaptor, etc. To maintain good housekeeping of the additive tank farm, unloading bay, blending hall. To carry out physical dipping of additives tank. To assist Supervisor in the event of any stock discrepancy. To supervise the Bulk Receipt Contractor Operators and ensure they always carry out the task as per SOP & Work Instruction (WI). To support any other task that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

About The Role
The Team Leader, Mid-term and Long-Term Market Analytics, will be accountable for leading a small, focused team in delivering market analysis to enhance decision support in Shell’s global LNG business. The Team Leader will be principally responsible for meeting the analytical needs of Shell’s LNG trading business with a focus on developing longer term views of the global gas market. The Team Leader, Mid- and Long-Term Analytics, will also hold accountability for developing long-term outlooks to support Shell asset valuation and long-term strategy. Finally, the Team Leader, Mid- and Long-Term Analytics, directs the efforts of the Asian Power Fundamentals team. The Asian Power Fundamentals team supports development of the company’s regional power business, as well as providing analysis to support LNG market analytics for key countries in Asia. In this accountability, the Team Leader will work closely with key multiple stakeholders and have two additional direct reports.
There is a significant digital transformation aspect to the role. Advanced analytics are transforming the trading landscape. Traders are deploying these tools as markets become more real time to keep a competitive edge and to maintain or increase trading margins. They are able to do so because of increasing availability of market data as well as satellite, vessel tracking, and weather data; talent skilled in machine learning and statistical algorithms; and computing power, including the cloud, that runs predictive analytics fast enough to identify market signals which can significantly improve trading decision-making.
The Team Leader will be accountable for defining the data infrastructure development priorities for the mid- and long-term forecast horizon; working to create a roadmap for digital transformation with end-to-end workflows. The Team Leader should seek to harness the power of advanced analytics to improve the accuracy and timeliness of market forecasts and development of insights which deliver proprietary value to Shell.

About The Role
As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of DPC and PC Development plant in Shell Jurong Island. You will manage a shift production comprising of a minimum 4 Team members and manage day to day operation, HSSE/Test plan/logistics planning/quality control/ ESP/process safety.

About The Role
The Ship Quality Assurance Team which provides advice to all areas of the business including Crude, Products, LPG, LNG and Chemicals. The Ship Quality Assurance Decision Support functions includes the confidential vetting and screening of vessels offered for all forms of Shell employment, including time charter inspections and ship owner management reviews. Member of the high-performance SAFE Team providing administration and decision support. The APME maritime assurance team supports the business carrying out this process and provides advice to all areas of the business including Crude, Products, LNG, Specialties, LSC and Chemicals.
The key-role of the Maritime Assurance Coordinator is to assure/co-ordinate vessel vetting processes, SIRE inspections and that 3rd party (where Shell has interest) terminal assessments are initiated in time against Group Standards for Quality Assurance. Partners in Safety (PiS) programme within the APME region, which will involve coordinating with the GM, Shipping and Maritime (APME), PiS programme manager and support team in London/Rotterdam, and Leaders from partner organisation within the region.
Accountabilities:
• Expected to develop an understanding of the management and implementation of Shell Ship Quality Assurance Standards in support of Group requirements for shipping businesses for Oil, Chemicals, LNG and LPG activities.
• Ability to remain rational, composed and productive under pressure is a distinct advantage in order to operate successfully in this role.
• To assist with the upkeep of established Quality Assurance procedures and projects.
• To establish and maintain an appropriate level of competence to accompany inspectors on Ship inspections and Management Reviews, if the OCIMF competency requirements are met.
• To assist the APME Maritime Assurance Team with vessel vetting process. Provide advice to Shell’s Global Trading Network (GTN), Group Companies, and joint venture companies on vessel assurance and terminal facilities with emphasis on protecting Health, Safety & the Environment.
• To assist in the maintenance of the SAFE 2000 database of vessels and develop professional relations with all internal (STASCO, STn and OpUnit) customers as well as external customers (Ship owners, Oil Companies, Ship Managers, Industry Organisations - OCIMF, CDI etc).
• The chosen candidate will work with the local MTAs and approved contractors to perform the day-to-day 3rd party terminal inspections & assessments in the region based on full Baseline Criteria and Desk Top Risk Assessments tool for rating by the Assessor team so that eligibility ratings of the terminals are maintained and follow up advice to the appropriate parties of any caution or unsuitable rating is produced in a timely manner.
• Assist MTAs in developing terminals needed by the business that may have been rated as caution or unsuitable to a standard at which they can be rated eligible.
• Review Location data & eligibility conflicts in GMAS for the region as well as provide the MTA network with upcoming inspection requirements for Shell, JV, OSP & 3rd party operated facilities through routine data extraction from GMAS “To do list” and reporting out to the MTA network for planning & scheduling inspections/risk assessments as required.
• Shell’s Partners in Safety programme; facilitating the Focus Group meetings, serving as the East focal point for the CEO conference organisation committee, and tracking of programme targets for the APME, amongst other things.
Job Requirements
• An understanding of the Maritime Assurance processes & associated tools is essential (maritime, storage) and exposure to a regulatory environment would be an advantage i.e., GMAS, OSP database etc.
• Previous seagoing experience as a Deck Officer / Engineer Officer at operational level on tankers.
Skills and Compentecies
• The knowledge and ability to apply international legislation (i.e., MARPOL, SOLAS, ISM) and Industry standards, codes, and guidelines (i.e., ISGOTT, ICS, IBC) is key to this position.

Assurance Advisor:
We’ll entrust you with responsibility to positively assure the companies' Maritime activities, managing the effective close out of Maritime incidents, conduct reviews of 3rd Party Ship management companies, all of which have a significant impact on organization's reputation in the maritime industry due to the high level of engagement with external stakeholders. You’ll find yourself in a very visible role and will be the focal point for several vessel Time Charter operators.
As a Marine Assurance Advisor, we’ll be looking to share your maritime expertise and experiences on all areas of Maritime Assurance. Working both independently, yet as an integral part of a virtual team, you’ll thrive on the collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will undergo training to become OCIMF accredited and maintain an appropriate level of competence to conduct Ship inspections (OCIMF SIRE) Focused training will be given to support the Time Charter Assurance Program. The incumbent will carry out Ship Owner Management reviews of third-party ship managers to determine acceptability for third party period charter business.
The position requires maintenance of the vetting database of vessels and Maritime Assurance Assessors are responsible for maintaining professional relations with all internal customers as well as external customers (Ship owners, Oil Companies, Ship Managers, Industry Organisations - OCIMF, CDI)
Technical Advisor:
To provide maritime expertise and ensure that maritime operations are conducted in accordance with the Group requirements for Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) standards. To protect the Group reputation as well as optimizing commercial performance in support of the relevant downstream businesses within the cluster.
As a Technical Advisor, the incumbent will assist with the delivery of following key assurance processes and services:
• Conduct or facilitate assessments of Companie's own, JV and 3rd party marine facilities for all businesses in scope and enter results in the vetting database. Maintain all terminal data within sphere of responsibility up to date and follow-up on all findings following inspection.
• Support the Marine Manager in maintaining the shipping and Barge/vessel assurance for businesses in the cluster.
• Conduct or facilitate the inspection and rating of coastal vessels & barges for use within the cluster.
• Oversee contractor Management for any maritime contracts.
• Assist the HSSE focal points of all businesses in scope in the development and annual review of the maritime safety cases ensuring that controls and risk responses identified are appropriately managed to ALARP.
• Provide maritime advice and support to businesses as required by the Marine Manager as applicable in respect of:-
o Liaising with Port Authorities and other maritime stakeholders
o Port and ship/shore compatibility information.
o Shore Officer training at ship/shore interface
o Ship Quality Assurance
o Technical advice on chartering and contracts
o Emergency/Crisis/Oil spill Response
o Management & mitigation of maritime HSE risks
o Cargo quantity and quality
o Demurrage and other claims
• Provide support to the businesses in the HSSE management of Ship Operators - conduct Ship Operator Management Reviews in accordance with the Assurance Standard.
• Provide technical support to the businesses in vessel owner contract management process including taking part in business performance ship owner reviews.
• Provide support to the businesses in the investigation and follow-up of maritime incidents.
• Promote relationships with relevant regional and national authorities.
• Provide training in relation to maritime activities (ship/shore activities).
• Provide support to the businesses in scope on the application and implementation of applicable downstream global maritime processes.
Incumbent shall have the following professional competencies:
1) Subject Matter Expert in Maritime Safety consistent with an International Oil Companies’ typical HSSE control framework
2) Risk Management and Process Safety of Crude, Product and Chemical storage and transfer terminals
3) Deep understanding and application of maritime industry standards and requirements such as OCIMF and IMO
4) A sound knowledge of shipping operations, ship/shore interface management, Fuel and Lubricants bunker operations and maritime transportation.
5) Strong communication and relationship building capabilities to influence a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. Skilled in presentation and product pitching is a must.

• You’ll ideally have at least 36 months actual sea service aboard tankers, of which not less than 18 months should be as senior officer. If there is a shortfall in meeting the above requirements, we will look to help you bridge the gap where possible.
