• Deep knowledge in Javascript as a full-stack dev.

Product Knowledge

• Understand the basic information and function for all mobile phones.

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs.
• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.

Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

Other Information

• 6 days working per week (11am – 9pm), 1 day off.
• Able to arrange your own preferred off days.
• Training will be provided.

Requirements

• 1-2years retail sales background experience will be an advantage.
• Candidate with no relevant experience also welcome as trainee
• Min Diploma and Degree in any field for foreigners’ applicants only due to insufficient quota.
