1. Responsibilities (Developer)

· Solution the design and develop the software using waterfall/Agile methodology.

· Perform investigation, troubleshoot issues by developing scripts, SQL queries.

Learning Scope:

Client Relations

• Take charge of handling tuition requests via Forms & WhatsApp
• Ask clients the right questions to gather information efficiently
• Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have
• Transfer clients' requirements into a concise job-post format
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)
• Monthly check-in on existing client base for any feedback, staying connected and maintaining good relations with them

Tutor Relations:

• Broadcasting assignments via automated outreach channels (Email, Telegram, etc.) to our database of 50,000+ tutors
• Apply filters (eg. Location, Tutor Type, Qualifications) to tag each assignment to the correct target audience
• Assist in profiling, and marketing tutors in a way which captures the client's attention based on their needs
• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data and trends, to forecast peak periods and develop relevant plans
• Active participation in Business Development meetings to brainstorm for process streamlining and automation
• 1-to-1 & consultations with MindFlex's upper management on strategy building for the company's operations
• Brainstorm & develop new streams of revenue for the company with Business Development Manager
• Execute Business Development plans in a strategic manner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Biology teacher and coordinator, conducting lessons and managing a team of teachers

 Designing and implementing learning or teaching situations based on French programs and

standards

 Convey subject knowledge

 Designing and implementing methods of assessment of students' learning, in liaison with

other teachers or professional partners

 Ensuring that students acquire skills including capability and know-how, among others

 Contributing to the school's operation and teamwork

 Adapting his/her teaching to the diversity of students by providing each of them with the

necessary support, and assess their achievements

 Using educational softwares to support learning

 Exercising specific functions such as coordination and mentoring, among others

SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 French Ministry of Education degree holder or equivalent

 Deep understanding of the subject and the curriculum

 Experience in teaching in Middle and High school, as well as with teacher training

 Knowledge of the French curriculum

 Orgnisational and interpersonal skills

 Responsiveness and availability

 Adaptability and benevolence

 Very good writing and speaking skills

 Strong teamwork skills and committed to making projects successful

 Experience with coordination for the students career orientation plan would be a strong

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

Class Engagement:

• Plan, prepare and carry out an effective routine-based intervention programme for the class to meet every child’s IEP
• Work towards functional outcomes of the child through child engagement, embedding of naturalistic strategies, differentiation of prompts, behavioural intervention techniques
• Carry out recommended therapeutic strategies as part of the transdisciplinary team
• Prepare age appropriate teaching resources based on children’s interest
• Maintain a respectful learning environment for the children with the practice of positive discipline by treating all children with dignity and respect and allow for individual differences
• Be familiar with and adhere to the programme policies, health and safety regulations and emergency procedures and be ready to implement these if necessary

Working in Teams:

• Supervise and be responsible for Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides under their respective grouping
• Mentor Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides in the areas of classroom management, basic teaching strategies, and behavioral intervention techniques
• Meeting with Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides regularly for allocation of roles in the classroom, brainstorming, planning and preparation of activities and resources.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals for their Teacher Aides
• Participate actively in cluster discussions
• Be involved in at least two event planning
• Buddy new teachers
• Conduct sharing sessions to share the knowledge acquired during external trainings

Management of Processes:

• Maintain timely submission and updates of all required teaching–related documentation
• Conduct both home and school visits based on needs
• Conduct parents-teachers meetings, pre-cases and case conferences

Qualifications

• Degree or
• Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching/ Early Intervention/ Special Education
• 1 to 3 years experience working with families and children
