The successful candidate will have responsibility to support the further development of our Electrical Engineering Design, specifically planning and integration of the electrical control for bus body and chassis electrical systems with respect to hardware components, harnesses and panels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the NPD Strategy for EV, FCEV and HEV electrical control systems.
• Support the development of electric powertrain charging systems.
• Participate in the vehicle life cycle development through concept to engineering design, prototype build, certification, to Job 1
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team on the overall vehicle development
  Elicit external and internal stakeholder requirements for new product developments.
• Selection of electrical components and systems into new and existing vehicle designs ensuring products used meet required standards.
• Design and specification of electrical hardware components for the integration of vehicle subsystems, e.g. fuseboards, switchboxes.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage the progress to meet timing, specification, and engineering requirements
• Undertake the technical assessment and analysis of components and systems and develop optimal solutions to meet overall vehicle requirements.
• Design, and develop CAN communications systems and architecture.
• Design of low and high voltage control for bus body and chassis electrical systems,including wiring harnesses and electrical panels.
• Document, validate and provide FMEA for design reviews and NPD gateways.
• Creation of technical documentation with respect to the vehicle electrical system and installation eg. Wiring schematics, system schedules, harness drawings, electrical engineering standards and procedures.
• Provide and co-ordinate vehicle test plans and commissioning, testing and data logging of vehicle control systems.
• Provide Technical assistance to production, support engineers and the customer.
• Continued development of electrical system to improve ease of installation and to reduce the cost of manufacture.
• Co-ordinate with assembly and manufacturing teams to ensure that the assembly of the electrical system is correctly defined and implemented.

Purpose of Post
To select suppliers who will supply materials at the optimum acquisition cost ensuring quality standards are maintained and departmental goals achieved.

Key Task

• Responsible for maintaining the material cost on the Bill of Materials for all products within the commodities you are responsible for and ensuring costs are less than the current sales quotation per contract.
• Responsible for issuing requests for quotation (RFQ’s) for any new parts added to the Bill of Materials within the allotted components.
• Populate Sage System with the price, lead-time and supplier details as necessary.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Monitor and record residents' progress, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to nurses or attending physicians.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the home, contributing to a safe and comfortable living environment.

- Assist physiotherapists during resident sessions, providing additional support as needed.

- Supervise cleaners and assist with cleaning tasks as required, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.

- Communicate effectively with the cook regarding residents' dietary requirements, especially for those with specific health conditions.

- Address families' inquiries and provide support during visits to residents.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

- Individuals who have provided care for loved ones at home for several years are encouraged to apply.

- Familiarity with senior care needs and a genuine passion for caregiving.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
