The role
As Company Secretarial Executive (a junior level), you will be working alongside the in-house team in performing the corporate secretarial functions. This will invariably include both the Board and Committee support, transactional work as well as subsidiary governance. Key responsibilities will include coordination of Board and Board meetings, managing annual Company Secretariat calendar of events, including lodgement of statutory filings, record management and provide administrative assistance.     
What you need to succeed
