POSITION SUMMARY:

Candidate is responsible to ensure timely preparation of legal and security documentation for Client execution, processing of disbursements and dealing with external customer issues and to provide timely, accurate and effective credit administrative support to business units.

About the role

Ksisters is hiring a versatile and experienced Key Account & Operations Manager to manage retail relationships and operational excellence for Watsons and Guardian in Malaysia. This role combines channel management, operational oversight, and key account responsibilities, ensuring smooth execution of product launches, in-store activations, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for Watsons and Guardian, building strong relationships with retail partners.
• Negotiate for premium shelf placements, planogram updates, and trade marketing opportunities.
• Manage promotional calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and activations.
• Provide regular performance updates to Watsons and Guardian, using sales data and customer insights.
2. Operations Management:
• Oversee stock levels, logistics, and inventory across warehouses and stores to ensure availability.
• Manage order processing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for Watsons and Guardian.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for delivery schedules, stock transfers, and returns.
• Conduct regular stock audits and implement solutions to address discrepancies.
3. Event and Merchandising Support:
• Plan and execute store activations, including pop-ups and in-store campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between retail displays and promotional materials.
• Oversee merchandising compliance, ensuring that in-store displays reflect Ksisters’ brand identity.
4. Performance Optimization:
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align operations with campaign goals.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in key account management or operations within the retail or beauty industry.

• Strong understanding of Watsons or Guardian’s operational and marketing requirements.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, logistics, and merchandising compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian retail landscape and consumer behavior trends.

Job Description:

• Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and securing network systems to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with the IT team to configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support the implementation of security measures, such as intrusion detection systems (IDS) and endpoint protection solutions.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments, security audits, and risk analyses to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance of virtual private networks (VPNs) and access control mechanisms.
• Research and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
• Provide technical support for network and security-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Network & Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.30 or equivalent academic performance.
• Final-year students or those available for a 5-6 month internship program.
• Understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, Wireless, and Firewalls.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and information security concepts.
• Familiarity with firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN technologies is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in network and cybersecurity.
