As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-14 grade level, some of your typical work assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Exercises full supervisory responsibility over subordinate positions.
- Develops performance standards and evaluates performance of subordinates.
- Responsible for developing and managing the BWCPO workplan; preparing the annual budget and monitoring the use of resources.
- Reviews assigned programs to determine ways to improve business practices, reengineer activities, improve performance, and reduce costs.
- Provides technical or policy advice and guidance for work accomplishment.
