Core Responsibilities:

• Trend Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends, sourcing images and other media to craft standout advertising assets.
• Content Creation: Design and create engaging social media posts for our clients based on broad content directives. Utilize your skills in videography, photography, and graphic design to make each post pop.
• Social Media Management: Handle scheduling, posting, and captioning across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reels, using advanced management tools.
• Team Collaboration: Support our creative teams in ad-hoc design tasks, client liaison, and ongoing project maintenance.

Core Requirements:

• Creative Excellence: Proficient in videography/photography with a keen sense of aesthetics. Your ability to create compelling video, graphic, or written content will be key.

Use of AI, Ethics and Content Creation:

We make use of AI tools to enhance our content creation capabilities, not replace them. We firmly believe in the value and power of authentic, personal voices in driving great content. You must be prepared to use AI to your advantage, and assist in making it work better for us all. This includes:

• Input and processing of data and prompts into customised AI-chatbots for clients or content creation.
• Assist in correcting logical mistakes in conversation sequences (not as tricky as it sounds, just use common sense). This will be fully supervised and supported by your supervisor.

What We Need

We're looking for a Graphic Design Intern to assist our creative teams in day-to-day tasks related to graphic design, web design, branding, and design adaptations. This is a hybrid role, with the position primarily located in Singapore.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphics, graphic design, and web design
• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Social Media Marketing Intern (3/6-months, with option to convert to full time after)

If you enjoy telling stories, creating slick reels, and getting clicks round the clock, then you should join our team as a Social Media Marketing Intern.

Here, you'll assist us with our teams to create engaging content, managing our client's social media work, and help define our clients' social media strategy. Your focus will be in creating and editing videos, posts and creatives. The industries you'll work with range from bubble tea joints to million-dollar fintechs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for social media accounts of our clients (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
• Create and edit engaging videos for TikTok, Reels or similar short-form video platforms
• Help develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the brand and marketing goals of our clients
• Conduct research and analysis on social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute cross-channel campaigns
• Other ad-hoc social media or marketing tasks from time-to-time

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing best practices
• Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
