Job Summary:

Assisting the HOD with work planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and directing the activities of the Security and SHE through risk minimization programs for daily and during events to ensure a secure and safe facility, effective access control, security of SIC’s assets and a secure environment for the staff, clients, pectators and any third parties in SIC’s premise.

• To ensure and security and safety team performs the task given daily and
  provides reports as timeline given by the HOD.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of Security & SHE Management best practice
  for SIC in general.
• To assist and liaise with the consultants on revamping the CCTV and
  preparing the necessary documents. Ensuring the CCTV is always operational.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in BOSHM, Green Book, Protective Management,
  Criminal Justice. or related.
• Background in Police or Armed Forces is advantage.
• Good in spoken & written in English & Bahasa Melayu. 
• Computer literate. 
• Well verse in OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 45001:2018 documentation and
  implementation.
• Well verse with emergency response and business continuity strategy (crisis).

Responsibilities:

This training is for a nurse with relevant qualifications to undertake the SCPHN training in order to become a health visitor. It involves undertaking the SCHPN course at Brunel University London for the academic side of the course and you will be gaining your clinical experience with Harrow 0-19 Service (health visiting) where you will have a supervisor and an assessor.

To lead and supervise the members of the Public Health nursing team in the delivery of the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme (HCP) and Public Health Nursing Programme in line with the Trust guidelines and public health priorities. To work as part of an integrated 0-19 team and will be responsible for assessing, triaging, planning and implementing health care in accordance with Trust guidelines and Healthy Child Programme. This care may be delivered in a variety of settings and within a defined geographical area. Work with internal and external stakeholders to focus on required outcomes. Aanalyse patterns of health and disease and undertake annual needs assessment, health equity audits, service reviews and evaluations to inform and shape commissioning within Public Health Services and across agencies and the JSNA. Provide timely and accurate information and produce reports to inform and influence discussion and strategic decision-making. Work alongside Directors and Consultants in Public Health to work with the respective Boards, partner agencies, and central government on the delivery and outcomes of Public Health programmes and services influencing the national agenda. Contribute to the national agendas working on behalf of KCC and the wider partnership arrangements, demonstrating a good understanding of the political environment and application of concepts and principles.
