About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project teams, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
3. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
5. Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials, to optimize project performance.
6. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
8. Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise during project execution, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
9. Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
10. Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to project management, and incorporate relevant insights into project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of X years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience working in Gaming is a plus.
