About the Role:

As Manager/Senior Manager, you will be part of ALPS Supply Chain Team that supports the logistic/distribution of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies and consumables for the Public Healthcare Institutions. You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination to ensure that supplies are provided efficiently to the hospital:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to Daily Operations including inbound, outbound, inventory and return with partners
• Oversee inventory management (Cycle Count ,Stock Count, Damage, Expiry, Rotation, Safety Stock)
• Efficient in identifying, resolving, and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors
• To report and investigate on all discrepancies between system and partners' WMS ensuring all Root causes and CAPA are submitted timely
• Propose continuous improvements plans to mitigate discrepancy errors
• Conduct performance review with vendors and suppliers
• Work with industry partners to ensure systems are in place to deliver timely order processing, fulfillment and inventory management, with necessary compliance to Public Healthcare regulatory requirements
