Melakukan servis kawalan makhluk perosak seperti semburan, pewasapan, dan pemasangan perangkap untuk menghapus dan mengawal pembiakan lipas, semut, anai-anai, nyamuk, tikus, lalat, kekaltu, dan haiwan-haiwan perosak yang lain.
Memberi sokongan kepada Penyelia dan pasukan dalam pelaksanaan tugas.
Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan-pelanggan.
Memberi laporan yang betul dan tepat pada masanya apabila diarahkan oleh Penyelia.
Tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang mungkin diberikan kepada anda dari semasa ke semasa.

Calon yang ideal memiliki:

Kelayakan pelajaran bertaraf UPSR atau ke atas. Sijil UPSR/PMR/SPM (mana-mana yang tertinggi) dalam versi asal (original) mesti dikemukakan semasa menghadiri temuduga.
Berumur antara 21 dan 40 tahun (41 tahun ke atas masih boleh dipertimbangkan sekiranya mempunyai pengalaman di dalam industri yang berkaitan).
Lesen D dan/atau GDL yang sah.
Minat melakukan kerja servis dan kerja luar (outdoor).
Menetap di kawasan berdekatan.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Field Biologist (FB) to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to continuously monitor and ensure service compliance whilst also using your Biology / Entomology knowledge and outgoing personality to perform on-site inspection at customers’ premise.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Constantly monitor and ensure service compliance
Undertake Quality Assurance and Field Biologist Inspections for Rentokil Reporting Services and Termite Management Programs or other high value services sold by the branch
Responsible for timely and proper completion of the customers and administrative reports
Involved in training preparation for pest control division

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Biological Science or equivalent, preferably Major in Entomology or Vector Control. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in Pest Control industry would be an added advantage
Organized, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good team player with the ability to lead and manage a team of service staff

Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection, analytical and presentation skills

Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
Possess valid D licence & owns a car
Employment of foreigners are subject to the local authorities approval and subject to their own visa application

Highly Desirable:

Excellent knowledge in Biological Science, presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to recommend solutions
Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
Commercially focused and is alert of the changes and updates in market movement

Schedule pest control treatment activities using internal scheduling system, by liaising with field Operations on resource availability, to produce efficient routes that maximize resource capacity
Support Sales team with priority scheduling within routes to drive business growth
Receive inbound customer communications relating to service scheduling requirements and addresses reported issues/complaints within the scheduling system
Monitor services delivery status through daily task reviews and re-schedules to assist service leaders drive operational efficiency
Completes daily transaction tasks within the internal scheduling system based on field reports to enable billing and payment collection
Communicates with service leaders on order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure uninterrupted route activation
Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the internal system
System data Input and update
Generate and prepare service reports, where required. Business general direction is to work digitally and move into paperless environment
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Higher Diploma or above with 1 year working experience / University degree in any disciplines, experience in scheduling or booking in service industry is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Planning Executive
Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office and Chinese typing, Google enterprise solutions (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
Fast learner with strong attention to details
Data sensitive, disciplined in maintaining accurate data for scheduling use
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Spoken and written English proficiency preferred.
Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good time management
Able to work under pressure

We are currently looking for a Pest Control Technician - Trainee or Licenced to join our team servicing our clients in and around Canberra. This role gives you an excellent work-life balance for family time.

Wondering what a typical day looks like for our Pest Control Service Technicians?

Morning

You will have your own company vehicle at home, therefore, in your company uniform, you’ll either travel to your first customer of the day or head to the depot to load your van with stock for your day's work.

On the road

Your day will be spent visiting a number of different customers. No two days will be the same due to the variety of industries you will service.
You will service your customers’ sites by;
Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and carrying out measures as required to eliminate pests
Clean and remove evidence of pest behavior
Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises
Complete accurate Service Reports after every visit
Whilst you don’t need to be an athlete, you will work up a sweat servicing multiple sites, so you would need to be physically fit.
You will be responsible for your own health and safety - this means it’s your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is safe at all times and that you take care on the road.

End of day

Unless you need to re-stock, time to go home and relax and unwind.
At the depot, is the best time for you to debrief with your manager and discuss how your day has gone.

To be considered for the Pest Technician position you need to have;

Valid Australian driver's license - manual license if possible!
Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
Interest in pest control or related industry experience
Ability to successfully acquire a Working with Children Check
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks.

Schedule pest control treatment activities using internal scheduling system, by liaising with field Operations on resource availability, to produce efficient routes that maximize resource capacity
Support Sales team with priority scheduling within routes to drive business growth
Receive inbound customer communications relating to service scheduling requirements and addresses reported issues/complaints within the scheduling system
Monitor services delivery status through daily task reviews and re-schedules to assist service leaders drive operational efficiency
Completes daily transaction tasks within the internal scheduling system based on field reports to enable billing and payment collection
Communicates with service leaders on order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure uninterrupted route activation
Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the internal system

Generate and prepare service reports, where required. Business general direction is to work digitally and move into paperless environment
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Higher Diploma or above with 1 year working experience / University degree in any disciplines, experience in scheduling or booking in service industry is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Planning Executive
Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office and Chinese typing, Google enterprise solutions (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
Fast learner with strong attention to details
Data sensitive, disciplined in maintaining accurate data for scheduling use
