What You Will Achieve
You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will be managing a range of activities that help our global workforce, including maintaining employee histories, administering company compensation and benefits programs, and organizing trainings. You will be relied on to plan the manpower needs from internal and external sources. You will also have the important role of advising on all types contract negotiation, including discussions with union representatives. You will administer and champion our equal employment opportunity programs.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the HR team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets, develop plans for activities on own projects.
- Assist in implementation of employee relations strategies, partnering with works councils and employee consultation processes.
- Support People Managers in the talent acquisition and recruiting process for internal and external openings.
- Drive cost-effective processes to meet Pfizer's current and future business needs.
- Implement HR systems, processes, and programs across the division in coordination with the operations team.
- Lead annual insurance plan renewal exercise, including benefits reviews, member details verification, system testing etc.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrate H experience in competitive team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft software for office productivity with direct focus on Microsoft Excel mastery
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Proven experience in HR operations
- Proficient in Workday, experience with other HR systems and online tools
- Possess project management, organizational diagnostic and analytical skills
- Possess the analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization, people management, coaching and development experience
