The Opportunity

We have a newly created opportunity available for a Head of Wellbeing to lead a team of allied health professionals driving our wellbeing programs across the AIA Enterprise. You will lead the delivery of the AIA Embrace Ecosystem to support customers whether they are well, unwell or recovering. The Opportunity

We have a newly created opportunity for a Key Account Associate to join the growth of our AIA Financial Wellbeing practice.  Within this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with our broker network to ensure delivery of agreed AIA Financial Wellbeing sales. This will include excellent service to our partners, brokers and their support staff within a framework of good corporate governance. This opportunity can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

• Contribute to AIA Financial Wellbeing growth ambitions by meeting predetermined sales targets

We have an opportunity available for a Senior People Advisor to join our Workforce Services team. Within this role you will partner with a dedicated HRBP to support an aligned client group within the business. You will be instrumental in working within a collaborative team to allocate workflow, cases and tasks across the Tier 1 HR service model. You will proactively partner with your client group on all employee matters. There is opportunity for the successful incumbent to have exposure to Employee relations work so an interest or qualification in this area would be highly regarded.

• Provide end to end HR services including Tier 1 support, case management (including performance management) and coach People Leaders on employee matters.
• Coordinate workflow within the People Advisory and HR Business Processes

We are currently sourcing a Senior Manager, General Advice Delivery to join our Financial Wellbeing team at AIA in Melbourne. AIAFW has a focus on accelerating growth through the middle market and within this role you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through our ‘General Advice’ delivery channel. You will have the opportunity to join us on our journey to significantly improve the customer experience of our current General Advice offering and play a major part in shaping this for AIA.

• Shape and build the general advice  division  to ensure AIA Financial Services clients receive affordable and reliable Life and health insurance solutions (via a digitally led multichannel approach)

• Ensure the consistency of ‘General Advice’ delivery regardless of lead origination, touchpoint or consultant, enabling a seamless experience for customers wanting to purchase insurance protection

• Supporting the definition and design of the end-to-end strategic customer journey & pathways, optimising business function and process through operational and technology enablers, (whilst factoring in regulatory considerations).

• Manage the operations of the Direct Life Insurance and General  Advice teams including design of the strategic acquisition and conversion model, leading the people and overall performance.

• Have demonstrated experience developing and working in a similar Direct Life or General advice team

This opportunity would suit an experienced EA who has worked in a similar environment within financial services or insurance and has exceptional organisation skills.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Provide comprehensive diary management including scheduling appointments, meetings, travel and logistics

• Prepare draft correspondence, printing and compiling presentation packs

• Proactively anticipate needs and ensure the executives have all the required documents in advance of meetings

• Provide key support to two Exco in the delivery of business objectives

• Facilitate general invoicing and expense management

The Opportunity

An Advice Assistant listens and understands the kind of financial advice customers are seeking, and matches them with the most appropriate Financial Planner.

To do this successfully you will:

• Provide excellent customer engagement through contacting prospective customers, leading the referral process and assisting with customer queries over the phone
• Collaborate with different parts of the business to support business initiatives
• Work across teams to deliver consistent processes and support the delivery of targets / SLAs
• Build your knowledge of the Advice industry, legislative changes and attend professional development and compliance training sessions
• Be curious and interested to continuously grow your knowledge and learning
• Work autonomously at times as well as collaboratively
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule with altering start/finish times

Successful applications will demonstrate:

• Previous experience working in a call centre / client facing role
• Experience within the insurance or financial services industries is highly desireable
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Well developed rapport building and customer engagement skills

The Opportunity:

AIA Australia is currently undergoing a large technology, data and business transformation program resulting in refreshing the technology blueprint and the introduction of contemporary ways of working with the aim of creating a simpler, faster more connected organisation.

The Technology Environment Manager leads the definition, implementation and maintenance of procedures and standards for AIA Australia’s environment management.  Spans across both cloud and on-premise technology environments adopting a best of breed model.

Primarily this role will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the modernisation of technology environments, ensuring reliability, security and efficiency. A pivotal role in driving technology initiatives, both change and run, and maintaining a robust and scalable technology environment to support a high paced, dynamic environment.

This role reports directly into the GM Technology Modernisation and can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

The successful candidate would be responsible for:

• Analysing and documenting the current state of various AIA Australia Technology environments
• Leading the identification of appropriate desired environments and associated medium term objectives
• Taking an involved approach to create automation scripts and develop guidelines to ensure environments are replicated correctly
• Monitoring the state of the test environments with relevant tools/scripts
• Continually manage the expectations of the business and project stakeholders as the technical solution evolves
• End to end ownership of the test environment by working with multiple internal teams and vendors to ensure the right technology conditions are created and supported
• Together with the Test Manager and QA/Test teams and Technical Leads, manage all environment related issues and escalations

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Extensive previous demonstrated experience in technology environments, infrastructure and middleware space application development
• Substantial previous commercial experience within software development projects preferably within the Financial Services sector
• Significant previous experience in the areas of software design and architecture
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape
• Strong understanding and hands-on environment management experience in managing complex business applications in both data center and cloud environments
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, virtualisation and networking technologies
• Strong experience in DevOps tools including BitBucket, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
