In this role you will be supporting queries that relate to employee expense claims submitted through SAP concur. You will establish and maintain relationships with employees and stakeholders in the Business. You will liaise with business users and ensure that employee expense claims are validated within the set SLA.

- Validation and Processing of daily employee claims

- Process claims in line with Service Level Agreement.

The Focus of the Role:

This is a pivotal role working across all teams in the B2B department, supporting multiple workstreams, change projects and business as usual goals. It is integral to the success of the Fleet News, Automotive Management (AM) and RAIL brands.

You’ll be supporting the CRM & Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of efficient and effective marketing campaigns; analysis, segmentation, and reporting, in line with marketing strategies across the portfolio of brands, which may include magazines, digital offerings and events, with a specific focus on driving revenue, acquisition and retention of customer audiences.

You will support our relationships with the third parties who provide services responsible for marketing and data management. Suppliers include data management, Email Service Provider (Adestra), website / CMS and data enrichment agencies. Ensuring that data protection and governance is maintained and follows GDPR / Data Protection compliance rules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer the Email Service Provider (Adestra) new starters, advising on Email Marketing best practice; ensuring importing / data mapping and data table management rules are clear, and support on queries that need to be raised via the Adestra Account Manager
- As a brand ambassador, manage changes to the email marketing templates, ensuring that all users remain compliant and on-brand
- Deliver campaign tactics for customer-led multichannel marketing plans for engagement and acquisition and retention; from segmentation of audience, building campaigns and reporting of campaign success metrics that support Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Actively seek out resolutions where missing data, discrepancies and errors exist and use judgment on whether to resolve the issue independently or raise with CRM & Marketing Manager/suppliers
- Managing data imports and list management, to drive data strategy in achieving completeness, uniqueness, consistency and accurate database values
- Respond to data requests from internal and external stakeholders, providing segmentation and insight on behaviours, demographics, and preferences
- Attend regular meetings and work closely with the Editorial, Events and Commercial Teams to ensure we all continually strive to maximise acquisition and retention opportunities across our brands and offerings
- As a GDPR and Data Protection champion, you will support the CRM Marketing Manager and the B2B department in best practice and data processing aligned to Bauer rules
- Promote and drive the upkeep of the Marketing Campaign Calendar, ensuring successful scheduling of all email campaigns via staff and external agencies
- Coordinate inbound marketing queries and leads, ensuring systems are processed compliantly
- Attend selected B2B events, which will require some travel within the UK

The Audio Accounting Team is part of the Bauer Shared Service Centre, who provide expert in-house accounting services to the Bauer UK Audio Business. The Team ensures that our Management Accounts are produced timely and accurately and ensures they support the needs of the Business and the requirement of our Group Head Office in Hamburg.

You will get to work across a range of independent media agencies, being part of a passionate and experienced team with the opportunity to sell both creative solutions and airtime across our key brands. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously but will be very much part of a team.

You will be responsible for both existing and incremental business through great multi-brand and multi-platform creative solutions. You will have the ability to develop relationships at all levels across both client and agency, and communicate Bauer updates and commercial ideas effectively, while providing exceptional levels of customer service.

This role is a hybrid role, allowing work from home, client meetings and working from a Bauer office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

External:

- Active selling of the Bauer Media commercial proposition
- communicating Bauer’s positioning to your agency group through presentations and meetings
- Driving revenue across your agency portfolio, utilising the knowledge and abilities of the team across your patch
- Developing direct relationships with specified clients; establishing yourself as the face of Bauer Media at the client with the aim of developing a long-standing strategic relationship

We are seeking a Charity Fundraising Executive to Join our Charity Team in Stoke on Trent.

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with excellent communication & organisational skills and some previous project/event management experience.

You will build local relationships with businesses & community groups as well as organise and deliver fundraising events throughout the year. Project managing our annual Mission Christmas campaign in the Staffordshire and Cheshire region is a major part of this role.

You will feel comfortable establishing relationships with all key stakeholders both internally and externally via networking (both in-person & virtually) and be an important brand ambassador for the charity in the local area.

Whilst primarily working in the Staffordshire and Cheshire region, you will also be required to work on Midlands wide projects where necessary.


Our Team

Cash for Kids is the in-house charity of Bauer Media in the UK.

Working closely with our colleagues in both the radio & publishing divisions of Bauer, we fundraise all year round to enable us to award grants to help those most in need.

Cash for Kids has local fundraising teams in 22 locations across the UK, together with a small central team based in the North East. We’re a passionate, fun, close-knit team, committed to helping children & young people who need us now more than ever.


In this role you will be expected to work at Home, in the office and in the field. The office location is in Stoke on Trent.


Key Responsibilities

Building & maintaining relationships is central to everything that we do at Cash for Kids. Whether that is internally with our Bauer Media colleagues, with our Cash for Kids team across the country or externally with local businesses, community groups, individual fundraisers or the beneficiaries whom we support.
As our Charity Fundraising Executive you’ll be building new relationships and developing existing ones across Staffordshire and Cheshire.
You’ll be responsible for;


- Assisting the Regional Charity Manager with the day to day running of the charity, performing key administrative & financial tasks (including banking procedures, recording all financial transactions, chasing outstanding donations) and assisting with the grant applications process.
- Developing & delivering fundraising campaigns & events.
- Seeking out new partnership opportunities with local businesses, schools, universities and community groups.
- Developing & building existing partnerships & maintaining strong communication with fundraisers.
- Planning and delivering our biggest campaign of the year – Mission Christmas. This will challenge your organisational, logistical & relationship skills to the maximum.
- Ensuring that Cash for Kids remains ‘front of mind’ and an integral part of the Bauer Media business locally.
- Making Cash for Kids famous in the area by seeking out media partner & influencer partnership opportunities.
- Keeping the local Cash for Kids website & social media platforms updated with news stories & engaging content.


In this role you will be responsible for your own set of KPIs and delivery on financial targets.

- A holder of a current, full clean UK driving licence.
- Knowledgeable in social media platforms and able to use them effectively.

We are looking for a head of commercial performance development to join our commercial team in the UK.

Working closely with the Director of Commercial Performance Development, the Commercial team and Bauer’s commercial leaders you will be responsible for tailor-made commercial training, including both long-term and short term face-to-face, online, and blended learning.


Our Team

The Commercial Performance Development team are responsible for the creation, delivery and reporting of Bauer’s Strategic Development Plan.

This role can be worked out of a Bauer office location, hybrid or from your home. This role comes with a company car as travel across the UK is needed.


Key Responsibilities


- Implement the vision for the current and future commercial development of the Bauer Audio sales teams at individual/organisational level.
- Implementation of the strategy, operational plans, and services in line with Bauer’s overall commercial strategic framework.
- Support the development of Bauer’s regional training by working closely with regional leaders and staff to develop strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders and to identify and deliver innovative training.
- Identify and support the development of new training course subjects.
- Create, manage, deliver, and evaluate commercial training as requested by leaders, ranging from short-term training workshops to longer-term training, facilitation, and support.
- Create, manage, and deliver regular onboarding that support commercial leaders in the induction of new staff.



What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have strong experience of delivering and evaluating face-to-face, online, and blended training for commercial teams. They will be passionate about learning and development to empower commercial teams to increase revenue, product mix and commercial sales ability. They will be committed to a client-centred approach and must be a team player, keen to work to develop innovative ways of further developing and expanding Bauer’s commercial training offering to provide a range of high quality, relevant, trackable training to our commercial teams.

Experience


- Experience in the delivery and evaluation of commercial training in support of teams and individuals.
- A background of commercial selling, favourably direct to an SME market
- Prior experience working within the media industry would be an advantage.
- Previous experience of managing sales teams with a lean towards individual and team development.
