Job Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using automated testing tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Monitor debugging process results
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Coordinate with development team/project management team for smooth SIT/UAT
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Profile:

• Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• At least 4 years of working experience in Software Testing (Web Application/Mobile app)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience testing knowledge within the Fintech / Trading / Crypto space
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing is a plus
• Experience with automation testing is a plus
• Self - starter and work independently with minimum supervision under fast-paced environment.
• Having working experience within the trading, financial, crypto industry is preferred.
• Having domain knowledge in blockchain technologies, capital markets technology and financial payments technology would be advantageous.

Marketing Executive (IT/Fintech/Trading/Payment industry)

Responsibilities

• Writing copy for marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, and websites.

• Brainstorming, planning, and publishing campaigns on social media channels.

• Creating and optimizing email nurture campaigns.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, Collaborating with Graphic Designer or BD team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.

• Support offline marketing campaigns such as video production and events.

• Producing an accurate summary of total spending and overview at the end of a marketing campaign/ad on social media channels.

• Measuring and reporting metrics weekly or monthly basis.

• Managing of marketing budget.

• Thorough understanding and execution of Search Engine Optimization tactics.

• Carry out market research and analysis to keep up to date with the customer and future trends, as well as competitor insights.

• Good project management/organizational skills.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of marketing experience.

2. Degree in marketing or business administration, experience is more of an asset.

3. Knowledge and familiarity with financial information and industry are preferred.

4. Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

5. Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans and managing campaign budgets.

6. Strong research and analytical skills, able to independently propose and conduct customer analysis.

7. A self-starter with the ability to think on your feet. High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

8. Keen insight into the market and industry, Ability to spot trends, with strong executive ability.

9. Works well in a team environment and is able to work independently.

10. Be able to multitask effectively.

11. Excellent organizational skills, and ability to plan and prioritize your workload.

12. Familiarity with B2C & B2B advertising campaigns is advantageous.

13. Experience in design tools like Photoshop would be an asset.

14. Experience in carrying out successful social media campaigns would be an asset.

Business Development Executive (Fintech)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Define, drive, and deliver Company’s listing strategy

2. Generate new asset leads by identifying value-capturing asset opportunities.

3. Be fully immersed in token project circles, ventures funds, and with liquidity providers

4. Be the front-facing client services manager to our existing token partners

5. Negotiate and close on commercial terms of crypto projects, managing a robust pipeline, and produce in-depth research reports with your team.

6. Automate the process necessary to list cryptocurrencies across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams

7. Help shepherd crypto projects through the process of our listings

8. Analyze and produce managerial reports for all assets
