MEP Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall technical and project management of assigned project, including technical review, progress, quality, cost and safety matter;

- To lead, control and supervise the subordinate to achieve the goal;

- Reporting to Project Manager;

- Ensure all construction activities comply with technical requirement and specification;

- Attend regular technical meeting and to resolve technical issue;

- To monitor overall progress and technical matters for all current project；

- To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client’s representative

Requirements:

- Degree Holder in Electro-mechanical Engineering/ Building Service or equivalent;

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Electrical & Mechanical Field;

- Large scale IR project experience is highly preferable;

- Excellent People Management;

- Strong technical knowledge, leadership and supervision skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft office and project, AutoCAD is an advantage;

- Primavera Software experience is highly preferable;

- Willing to Travel.

Store Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities

- Maintain the store in a clean, neat & tidy condition at all times

- Housekeep locations to maximize storage capacity & to facilitate easy picking

- Execute weekly cycle count and produce stock count reports

- Manage inventory system and ensure inventory accuracy

- Ensure proper handover of goods & documents, to & from delivery contractor

- Perform system transaction (GR / GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP

- Check on the quality and quantity items for receiving & releasing of goods

- Handle and Process Delivery Orders and Dispatch Note

- Communicate with suppliers and deals with problems in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Possess working experience in warehouse environment

- Possess good experience in Microsoft Office (Excel)

- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience

- Physically fit to lift and carry goods

Job Description:

- Develop and monitor Company's safety program and policies

- Actively conduct risk assessments at project site and recommend measures to minimize and eliminate possible risks to any person.

- Report on health and safety issues to the Project Manager which includes preparing of incident and loss statistics and monthly summary reports.

- Conduct toolbox meeting and ensure the permit to work system in place.

- Establish and communicate Safety deliverables and training

- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements

- Supervise the safety coordinator

Job Requirements:

- Diploma and above in Safety or relevant

- Registered WSHO by MOM

- At least 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry

- Possess good communication, presentation and Microsoft office skills

Job Description

- To support and adminster all WSH related matter

- To recommend to the occupier of the work site to implement reasonably practicable measures;

- Ensure all workers at site are wearing appropriate PPE at all times

- To conduct daily site safety inspection and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations and other requirements;

- To investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in future

- To assist the management of WSH programme and promote awareness to all stakeholders

- To liaise and follow up with the relevant stakeholders on WSH matters

- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as the superior/management deem fit.

Job Requirements

- Possess Advance Certificate in WSH

- 2 - 4 years relevant experience in construction industry

- Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.

- Familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Management System

- Good team player
