Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

Overall, in charge of horticultural maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf and landscape sites under the

purview of the clients such as Town Council. Liaise with Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities

and Residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the landscape projects effectively.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• To liaise, coordinate and updates, if any when liaising with Clients, Consultants and
• relevant authorities for the implementation of the landscape projects.
• To be lead contact point for all matters specific to the Clients for the landscape projects that
• you are in-charge of.
• To attend to feedbacks and complaints as well as to liaise with Client to resolve any Clients
• and / or resident complaints related to horticultural matter.
• To attend monthly site meeting or when required.
• To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship and meet Client's satisfaction.
• To ensure planning for all landscape activities are adequate for Client, product and system
• conformance.
• To coordinate, work and oversee all landscapers and vendors as well as provide guidance, if
• applicable.
• To plan, implement and track the work progress periodically, address and follow-up to
• ensure that the landscape projects stay on time and within budget.
• To monitor landscape project cost including variation works, if any.

(B) General :

• To prepare and submit necessary report(s) as required by Clients.
• To maintain and document all the landscape projects.
• To coordinate and work with other departments.
• To engage, coordinate and oversee the landscape project work to ensure successful
• completion as well as hand over of landscape projects to the Clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Degree or Diploma in Landscaping / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Strong in Persuasion, Service-oriented, Client relationship and People Management.
• Negotiation skills.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

To assist the administrative work of Purchasing System.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Create purchase requisition form (RF) and purchasing order (P.O).
• Assist new vendor evaluation form & circulation.
• Updating new vendor summary list.
• Updating new price / product list from supplier.
• Uploading correspondences / letter award into EOPS system.
• Checking materials transferring form daily.

(B) General :

• Assist to liaise with vendors materials sample submission.
• Chasing quotation, confirmation / letter award endorsement.
• Filing and circulation correspondences.
• Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• ‘N’ level, ‘O’ level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Basic computer knowledge for Microsoft word & Excel.
• Good communication skill in English and Mandarin in order to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers / vendors.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with minimum 1 year and above relevant working experiences.

• Arrange for collection of tender documents and check completeness of documents.
• Taking off bills of quantities.
• Request for quotation from subcontractors/suppliers.
• Preparation of tenders & costing bills.
• Handling & closing of tender for submission.
• Prepare & submit progress claims & variation orders.
• Prepare LOA for subcontractors.
• Prepare progress payment certificate for subcontractors
• Source for materials and negotiate with vendors/suppliers.
• Manage project budget, monitoring of cost & follow through till closing of final account.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors & suppliers.
• Attend site meeting.

(B) General :

• Maintain proper documents and filling of drawing according to requirement of ISO standard.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft office software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently as well as efficiency and responsibly

(C) Experience :

• 2-3 years’ or more experience in related field.

Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved shop drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date. In addition, budgeted control and site progress reports.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Evaluate the costing and the manpower required.
• Vet through construction drawing and the procurement of the project materials to ensure all are in compliance to technical specification/ authority requirement prior to submission.
• Plan the materials and manpower resources.
• Be lead contact point for all site landscape issues.
• Attend to feedbacks and complaints as well liaise with Clients to resolve any Clients or Resident complaints related to horticultural matter.
• Attend weekly site meeting.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship and meet Client’s satisfaction.
• Lead, manage, coordinate, work and oversee Engineers, all landscape workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• Plan, track work progress and submit progress report as well as to address and to follow-up to ensure that the landscape project is executed and completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project cost including variation works and submission of supporting documents.
• Monitor on the quality control and ensure that it is per requirements set in the specification and codes etc.
• To maintain the budget control and cost improvement.

(B) General :

• Prepare and submit progress reports.
• Maintain and document for all projects.
• Coordinate and work with another team.
• Engage, coordinate and oversee all project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.

(C) Safety:

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

• Certificate in Horticulture in landscaping.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Well-versed with Landscapes Service.

• Committed and responsibility.

• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.

(C) Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ related in landscaping experience.
