Recruitment at FIS works primarily on a direct sourcing model; a relatively small portion of our hiring is through recruitment agencies. FIS does not accept resumes from recruitment agencies which are not on the preferred supplier list and is not responsible for any related fees for resumes submitted to job postings, our employees, or any other part of our company.

The period of the application process will vary, depending on the type of job you are applying for and your previous employment experience.
There are 6 position levels and each level can be associated with a salary range and different types of job titles. Jobs levels can be categorised into: non-executive, fresh/entry level, junior executive, senior executive, manager and senior manager.
