• Manage babies when they cry or require attention.

• Feed or assist in feeding of babies.

• Take note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern and their mental/physical behaviour.

• Daily documentation of guests/babies’ statistics or other necessary information.

• Cleaning, sterilisation and preparation of breast pump (and related) equipment and accessories, including feeding bottles.

• Assist mothers in understanding and coping with post natal conditions.

• Guide and teach mothers how to manage their babies.

• Observe proper hygiene practices and protocols.

• Understand food safety and infection control practices.

• Must be able to do shift, weekends and public holidays

• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in the healthcare / hospitality industry / taking care of newborn.

• Hospital experience preferred.

The HR and Admin Officer at KAI shall perform the following duties:

• Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases.
• Review, revise, and update company policies.
• Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and more.
• Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits.
• Be the first point of contact with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure legal compliance.
• Acting as the first point of contact and answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible.
• Create regular presentations and reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, retention rates, and more.
• Take care of expense and claim forms by communicating between departments.
• Help the payroll department by providing them with up-to-date information on all employees, including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime hours, work schedules, and more.
• Take an active part in HR projects, such as recruitments rounds, and more. Assist each department in managing and administrating the HR budget.
• Work collaboratively with members of each department to ensure and promote teamwork and support the KAI Organization.
• Involve in our continuous review and streamline of existing workflows, any HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certification in human resources, management or similar.
• Proven experience in an HR role.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of The Employment Act and practices.
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Must be approachable and helpful.

Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining of guest room, working area and public area in a clean and orderly manner. Also coordinating daily housekeeping operation and SOPs . Housekeeping Supervisor are also responsible for supervising room attendant to deliver an excellent guest satisfaction and experience.

On time to time basis may also required to assist the Executive Housekeeper on various activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for smooth operation daily

· Setting up task list for room attendant/Linen Attendant/Public Area Attendant

· Printing of reports

· Inspection of guest room to ensure it meet standard

· Manage VIP guest request, VIP room amenities

· Manage HSK stock Inventory – Room amenities & Linen

· Carry out Lost & Found procedure ( as per SOP )

· Co-ordinate with Front Office and Engr Department for any maintenance work

· Comply with Security Fire Regulation and Work Safety

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:

· At least O levels

· Min. 3years supervisor experience in a Hotel

· Proven record of working in a similar role in an upscale hotel.

REQUIREMENTS:
