Job Description:

• Responsible for supervising or executing all electrical activities in the installation, such as maintenance execution, power generation and safety work, ensuring their register on CMMS, acting as RPE for that assigned vessel, maintaining a high standard of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, so that they are carried out technically efficiently, in compliance with schedules, MODEC procedures, maintenance philosophy, national and international regulations and standards, in order to contribute so that all electrical equipment and systems are operational and preserved for the assigned unit.

• Contribute to the MODEC’s Permit to Work management systems' implementation, by acting as originator of PTWs and Perform Authority for Electrical works, ensuring the correct isolation of equipment and machinery, guaranteeing all Electrical employees and vendors working on Electrical activities are properly trained and certified, in accordance with MODEC procedures, and attending, when requested, internal or external audits.

Overall Job Purpose

The OTC (Order To Cash) Functional Lead reports into the ERP Application Manager and maintains responsibility for hands-on leadership in managing and supporting OTC (order-to-cash, and related modules within MODEC’s global SAP system especially with Project Control (PS module). This position represents the module expertise for SD as well PS globally and leveraging a global outsourcing team for technical support and ensuring services are delivered according the Service levels agreed to.

This position will be participating as an integrated member of the support team during the build, test, and deploy of MODEC’s new SAP system, and will be required to contribute to, and author some Business Process Procedures and related test documents. In addition to the Project related build activities, the OTC functional Lead is responsible for working together within MODEC Group IT to define new IT support procedures.

Under the direction of the Enterprise Application Manager, the SAP Order To Cash Function Lead has responsibility for working closely with the Finance and Project Control teams globally.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 8 years in SAP, ideally with experience in Order To Cash and Project Control Implementation, roll out and production support.
• Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from Design to go live for SAP-SD module with preference for experience in Project Systems (PS) as well.
• Strong communication/partner skills with end-users with non-technical background
• Experience in sales in project and maintenance work
• Experience in working as a lead position for 1 to 2 projects and co-coordinating Clients, Internal team members and providing business support.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Have exposure coordinating with Onsite/Offshore team members.
• SAP certification(s) strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities
• Experience in supporting a global organization
• Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation.

Role Purpose

Responsible for overseeing the HSSE functions in a medium-intensity worksite which includes a few EPCI components. Operating with minimal supervision, the incumbent shall be responsible to coordinate the monitoring of HSSE conditions and practices of MOPS/OFS influenced sites. They should be able to provide expert advises and manage the enforcement of control measures to ensure that the workforce are safe at all times.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the development, revision, and implementation of Project HSSE policies, frameworks, procedures and standards for the EPCI site. Ensure that the organization's HSSE strategy is robust, relevant, and forward-looking.
• Monitors EPCI activities of the projects, identifies HSSE issues and proposes preventive and corrective measures. Drive HSSE initiatives so as to provide a safe and environment-friendly working environment.
• Coordinates the participation of inspection of the work areas and equipment including subcontractors to identify unsafe acts and conditions; advises line-management of areas requiring management intervention as well as on HSSE legislative and industry standards.
• Plan and coordinate Project-related HSSE Audits, report the gaps and ensure all non-comformances are monitored in MIMS. Compiles and prepares all HSSE-related records and reports to be recorded into MIMS.
• Lead EPCI site emergency responses during HSSE crises and emergencies. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure a coordinated response. Ensure Emergency Plans are aligned with Corporate HSSE Procedure.
• Oversee the design and delivery of HSSE training and development programs for EPCI site contractors and vendors. Identify and bridge skill gaps within the HSSE team.
• Oversee the collation and analysis of advanced performance metrics and KPIs. Report directly to project management team on HSSE performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong communicator of HSSE guidelines, updates, and best practices to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of strategic risks related to HSSE. Design and implement appropriate and achievable risk mitigation strategies for EPCI site.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and resources are available, in good condition, and utilized correctly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HSSE management. Encourage and integrate innovative solutions and technologies to enhance HSSE effectiveness.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the entire HSSE function within the project sites. Collaborate with project management team to align HSSE goals with project objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of HSSE coordinators and professionals. Set performance goals, review performance, and provide feedback to team members.
• Champion and drive the embedding of a positive HSSE culture throughout the EPCI site. Initiate and lead campaigns, programs, and initiatives to raise HSSE awareness and engagement.
• Manage the responsibility for the site HSSE budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness and return on investment of HSSE initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Engineering or its equivalent.
• Min 7-10 years of progressive experience as a Safety Officer with exposure to the type of work performed on EPCI projects.
• Experience in managing HSSE Management System on site.
• Completed Certification as a Workplace Health and Safety Officer (WHSO) through the Ministry of Manpower, or equivalent/similar for overseas base.
• Must have knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO14001, internal auditor certifications preferred.
• Hot Work Assessor Certification is preferred.
• Fire Safety Certification is preferred.
• Professional HSSE Membership is preferred.

• Assists lead engineer in strategy planning for new products of Modec business, i.e., offshore wind farm and so on.
• Assists specialists from Core Team (Technical expert group) to solve the critical issues arising from EPC projects or offshore fleets.
• Assists R&D lead of the assigned initiatives and monitor the progress for research topics from both Modec entities and external collaborators (universities, research institutes and consultants etc.).
• Assists lead engineer to implement the sustainability program as required by client specification or classification notation during project bidding / FEED and EPCI stage.
• Independently communicates with all stakeholders, i.e., consultant, classification body, clients, internal engineering disciplines, to arrange regular meetings, takes lead in certain topics in meetings, prepares minutes of meeting, and progress reporting as and when required.

• Bachelor in civil/structural/mechanical/ship building/environmental engineering or above. Alternatively, Diploma in Engineering with relevant years of working experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in engineering in oil and gas sector or shipyard industries for bachelor’s degree holder, Minimum 1 year relevant experience for master’s degree holder, or fresh PhD degree holder. For diploma holders, minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.

• Independently communicates with all stakeholders, i.e., consultant, classification body, clients, internal engineering disciplines and implements the sustainability program as required by client specification or classification notation (ABS SUSTAIN and DNV ABATE etc.).
• Provides technical advice pertaining sustainability related topic during project bidding / FEED, EPCI and operational stage.
