Responsibilities:

• Liaise with requestors (Sales and All Department in the company) to understand requirements and purpose of purchase

This role is responsible for accelerating the growth of Samsung’s business across our online channels (Samsung.com, Pure Player and Retailer.com). This position focuses on defining priorities for online business growth, supporting the implementation of key initiatives, tracking progress and evaluate business impact.

Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to guide local subsidiaries on how to grow their online business. Main responsibilities include:

Support subsidiaries to execute key online initiatives

Understand online subiness strategic priorities and gain subsidiary buy-in, align with key stakeholders on implementation roadmap, track project progress and analyze results (operational KPIs, sales impact etc.).

Track Online KPIs and develop improvement plans

Understand how our overall online business is performing in terms of sales, profitability, market share and operational KPIs. This includes conducting analysis to identify the root causes of potential issues and developing improvement plans. Examples of expected deliverables:
