We will temporarily need a Compensation and Benfits Specialist for ASEAN for 7-8 months. Although this is a temporary role to cover the current lead during her maternity leave, this role will still be a key member of the Asia Pacific Total Rewards team, responsible for overseeing rewards related topics within the 6 ASEAN countries. Your qualifications and experiences:

Your qualifications and experiences:

• Degree in computer science or a comparable field of study. A master’s degree, especially in business management or related field is preferred.
• More than 10 - 15 years of professional experience in IT/ business domain and large project management with a strong IT consulting background. Experience in SAP data migration and rollouts is an added advantage.
