Qualification

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Performs and monitors daily company activities such as permit declarations, warehouse, logistics (but not limited to), to ensure that they comply with laws and regulations of Singapore Customs compliance, Certification & Licensing requirements, ISO, Biz Safe, SFA, NEA, etc.

· Conducts consolidation in evidence ie supporting documents from various departments and review existing or create new write ups, to ensure ISO 9001 Renewal, Biz Safe Certification Renewal, Singapore Customs Secure Trade Partnership Renewal, Singapore Customs TradeFirst Assessment Renewal, and document updates.

· Conduct periodic operations review (SOP) to monitor adherence to compliance procedures are being followed.

· Assist in conducting the internal investigation of compliance issues and brainstorm on remedy actions to minimise if possible, to eliminate the non-conformance.

· Assist in conducting periodic reviews on warehouse and logistics work safety. This includes review of risk assessments with risk management practices and to take corrective actions where necessary.

· Evaluates operation team members’ knowledge and prepare course materials to provide the necessary training, re-training, coaching and guiding the individuals to ensure compliance and adhere to SOP and driving the productivity, efficiency, accuracy and understanding their roles.

· Constantly stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and keep track of applicable laws and any changes to those laws. This includes sharing any Singapore Customs Newsletters and New Circulars to the relevant departments.

· Provide assistance with creating, reorganizing or establishing any process, procedures and/or systems. This includes help to ensure that new processes and systems are implemented smoothly and that any issues are identified and addressed quickly.

· Aid in ad-hoc operational support to the Operations Team such as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and providing training and support to users on Systems and Handheld Devices, where necessary.

· Any other duty / duties assigned from Line Manager.

· Any Ad-hoc projects assigned by Line Manager.

• To ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.
• To analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirement

· Perform facilities scheduled preventive maintenance (e.g., Maintenance of CCTV system, aircon servicing, electrical inspection, plumbing, painting, varnishing and repair works, etc.).

· Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist.

· Assist staff with their maintenance requests and attending to routine repairs and maintenance works for the Group.

· Perform basic handyman work (eq. lockset replacement, door repairing, hanging of artwork, bolt & nuts works, etc.).

· Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.

· Liaising and sourcing of vendors for quotation / equipment / servicing and to monitor the contractors in aspects of quality, schedule and safety during work execution.

· Perform standby duty to attend to fire alarm and air-condition faults during and after office hours, weekends and public holidays.

· Possess electronic knowledge such as able to troubleshoot electronic boards (e.g., PCB etc.)

Primary Function : To provide general sales support services in meeting all deadlines and undertaking all administrative work of the department with professionalism.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. To handle inquiries and ensure quotations are furnished to customers on time.
2. Processing of orders within the dateline and consolidate customer’s requirements ensuring on time delivery.
3. Liaise with customers for delivery timings and locations.
4. Filing of invoices and other related documents.
5. Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum: GCE O Level
• Basic Microsoft application especially Excel & Word
• Able to converse effectively both in English & Mandarin.
• Friendly & courteous disposition with a team player spirit.
• Ability and patience to handle high pressure environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs permits will be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be provided.
• Once or twice a month weekend shift (Sat & Sun) from 9am to 1pm and also on public holidays when applicable (also on rotation).

Engineer Duties:

• Engineer is responsible for everything on the yacht that could break and need to be fixed. This includes everything from the main engines to smaller pieces of equipment like jet skis, refrigeration system, air conditioning system, pumps, water makers, generators, etc. He must be able to trouble-shoot and repair virtually everything in the confines of the yacht.
• Development and implementation of a planned maintenance schedule for all yacht propulsion; domestic, black & grey water systems; HVAC and electrical generation & distribution systems, fire, bilge pumping & other safety systems, etc;
• The recording of all maintenance of the yacht's systems as above.
• The Engineer must be a very technically-minded individual who can wear many hats during the course of the day.
• This position may entail large, complicated jobs on the main engines, but it can, at the same time, incorporate something as small as fixing a remote control for guests, or changing a light bulb.
• The engineer may also be required to help on the deck during docking and undocking maneuver as well as interacting with guests.
• Good at problem solving and thinking outside the box.

• Able to manage repairs in house with minimal contractors needed.
• Required to be able to handle air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, pumps, hydraulics and engine maintenances.

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Safe navigation of the Ship and the safety of the Owners, their guests and the crew at all times.

· Operation and navigation of the Ship in a proper and seamanlike manner with due respect and consideration to all who have business with the Ship.

· Care and maintenance of all the Ship’s equipment and machinery including the integrity and condition of the hull and all safety systems.

· Thorough preparation of the Ship for all voyages in a safe and proper manner with due consideration to the Owners’ programme as far as is practically possible.

· Appropriate documentation and maintenance of a complete defects and warranty list for the Ship and its equipments and fittings.

· Maintenance of a formal Ship’s accounting procedure in compliance with the Owners’ format and requirements. It is expected that prudence and economy will be exercised in all financial matters relating to the Ship.

· Maintenance of proper Ship’s and engine room logs with due regard to work lists and maintenance plans.

· Conduct himself at all times with due regard to his position as a representative of both the Ship and its Owners. To promote and protect the Owners interests at all times.

· Nurture and maintain an efficient and harmonious atmosphere aboard the Ship.

· Comply with the Owners’ request to perform other duties, which are related to the position of Captain as and when requested.

· Enforce a strictly no smoking and no consumption of alcoholic drinks policy for the interior of the Ship and crew quarters.

· All crew guests are at the Captain’s discretion but are to be restricted to crew areas with the Owner’s area being kept private.

· Perform general warehouse duties e.g. packing of goods, stuffing and unstuffing of containers etc.

· Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope, as assigned by your superior from time to time.

· Forklift License is required.
