• Support sales team on customers enquiries via incoming calls/emails and record on schedules accordingly full order-to-delivery process, and ensure such enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and after sales service by ensure a close loop for existing and new customers
• Responsible for operating the weighing bridge, ensuring that each vehicle can be weighed in a timely manner and recording the weight record.
• In charge of taking photo/video of disposal record for customers
• Maintain and update reports on a timely basis
• Address and resolve scheduling issues by coordinating and managing various stakeholders to meet customer needs and requirements.

Job Description

· Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system for invoice creation and updating new suppliers‘/ customers’ details

· Handling of purchase orders and supplier invoices while ensuring the accuracy of all data and information as recorded

· Updating of debtors’ payment details into accounting system and follow up on outstanding payments

· Timely update of reports

1. Only for certified welder, preferably with 3G/4G certifications.
