Job Purpose/Job Summary (General Objectives of Job)

The Executive will primarily be responsible in supporting data migration matters in the Donor Management System (DMS) transformation project.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

1. Assist in reconciliation and preparation of reports for migration from existing to new system.
2. Participate in and conduct data preparation, cleansing and verification activities.
3. Assist in preparation and update of data mapping and transformation documents.
4. Perform data entry and updates.
5. Participate in mock runs and actual migration.
6. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Monday to Thursday – 8:45am to 6:15pm and Friday – 8:45am to 5:45pm

Skillset (Must have)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience in software design and automated software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices, such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on technical skills and good competencies in 2 or more of the following:
