Introduction:

• We carry a wide range of Digital Products, and after the going through the training, candidates are expected to have high level of understanding about them and be able to showcase it to the customers. These includes pre-sales and post-sales.

Responsibilities and Duties
 

·       Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

·       Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.

·       Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts and agreements such as service agreement, collaboration or MOU and other related corporate agreement with clients and vendors to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory and internal corporate policies. 
• Able to liaise with external lawyer of the ongoing legal proceedings such as negotiating settlements, defending against claims, pursuing claims on behalf of the company and contractual negotiation and provide necessary update to the company.
