About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure effective operation in warehouse / store.
• Ensure all activities are performed and adhered to standard procedure, GMP, company rules and regulations. 
• Responsible in update order preparation list and share to QAQC department and packing personnel.
• Responsible in received and arrange incoming materials.
• Arrange delivery by check vehicle condition, and monitor loading container/truck process.
• Check and receive daily production output, update the inventory in system.
• Warehouse 5S housekeeping, always keep the warehouse clean, neat and tidy.
• Weekly sampling stock take to ensure stock accuracy.
• Monthly/Annual stock take.
• Always make sure the goods in warehouse storage in good condition.
• Coordinate on sample preparation to customers.
• Coordinate external product inspection by third party or customers.
•  Arranged and release spare part/materials to related department.
• Monitor stock safety level and expired items.
• Monitor material actual stock level and always update system data.
• Material management involving related parties.
• Issue Purchase Request to Purchasing department.
• Assists in the preparation, coordinating and handling the internal and external audit.
• To liaise on related matters with relevant departments where required.
• Other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent of the education level.
• Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO-related companies will be an added advantage.
• Showing proficiency in MS Office.
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent；
• At least 2  years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred;
• Minimum 2  years relevant Accounting experience in the Manufacturing sector

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including the preparation of financial statements;
• Plan and control the company’s cash flow, including money collection, cash deposit, cash reimbursement
• To key in Suppliers’ Invoices, Payment Vouchers (Local & Foreign Currency Accounts) and Account/bank reconciliations (SQL Accounting Software System), reconcile Inter-Company transactions
• Familiar with business accounting standards, national and local tax policies. Familiar with SST declaration, compliance, and tax policies are preferred
• Filing vouchers and related documents to ensure smooth documentation
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities that the superior may assign from time to time.
